Houston Astros vs Los Angeles Dodgers – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | July 6, 2025 MLB Season

do and that’s why they got a chance to sweep the Dodgers today. Two pitches, two swings, and one out as Rohas flings it across the diamond to get Paradis. And he swings and it’s a base hit to right field. Two out and a 3-2 pitch up the middle. Knuckling bouncer backhand. Kim flings it across his body and a gem from Hesson Kim. Two two to bats. Ground ball base hit center field. Well, it’s been nice to see the power return for Mooki and I know he has missed that but he 26-year-old in his third season now goes up the middle. There’s Kim again. A jump throw Jeteresque. Wow. Human highlight reel. Hess on Kim. Kim at the plate. He shoots a base hit the other way. And he’s putting together pretty good evidence that he should continue to get more playing time here with a couple sparkling defensive plays. And now a base hit. Swings away this time and a bounce to second. Altuve to short to Walker. Two out into third goes Conforto. Gusto kicks and throws. Rushing strokes a fly ball towards the left field corner. Humble back over his head. Dodgers on the board. Rushing headed to second with an RBI double. Okay. Noomar down turns it back up with a fast ball. Lined into center field and a base hit for short. Impressive piece of hitting right there. The lead off this third. 3-1 pitch down the left field line. That’s a fair ball. Into the corner to get it is Conforto. It’s a double. Three sack. Paradus. Here he comes. Threw it again. Not where he wanted it, but he got the result he was looking for. One away. Tries again. 02. It is a fast ball and he somehow gets his bat to it down the line. Ruiz is over. He makes the catch, but that’s going to score the tying run. That’s one of those where it’s like, do you catch it? Do you let it go? Tries again. 02. It is a fast ball and he somehow gets his bat to it down the line. Ruiz is over. He makes the catch, but that’s going to score the tying run. That’s one of those where it’s like, do you catch it? Do you let it go? Ruiz now. A two- two. Smith pops it into right. Ruiz settles under it. And Evan Sheen able to dance around early traffic. Give up just one. We’re tied up. Middle three. Up. Otani hits a high fly ball to right field. And Ryan Gusto gets the first out of the third on his first pitch. into this stroke to center field. Hangs up for Meyers which had changed and for me it’s nice to see the last couple of days the body language is back. Yeah. And a base hit is back. He’s on board here with two gone in the third. When he feels right or even close to right, Pahz scrapes this one off of the dirt and flies it into left field for Hummel. Three in the books. Tied at one. The payoff. Got him with the fast ball. Got him to chase. That’s the spot to go. About a yard off of the plate. Good Diaz gave you
Sheen Dama with a 2-1 fast ball. Poked down the left field line. Conforto’s over there. He’s got it. A 1 2 3 4 up the middle. Short off a bounce. Two away. Right. Two-1 to Short. Line to center field. PZ won’t get there. Short with his second hit of the game. It’s a double. Kicks away, but he’ll stay put. arm health. Fly ball right field. Ruiz two out short advancing for third. He’ll get there. You
know the pain that he was having in his elbow at the time when he retired and Don Rushing who drove in the long run for the Dodgers leads off and pops up the first one. At third base, Mauricio Duban a quick out here. What do you mean you’re just going to commit on the spot? Not even going to talk to your parents or anything. He hadn’t made it totally clear that he had been cut from his high school team. Didn’t get another 02. Otani reaches out and pops it up. Shadow left field. Duban is out. Hollows on. Duban makes the catch. Tied at one after five. It’s a strike out right here as Smith for the first out of the six. An awkward swing on that fast. you know, being relatively young in his pitching life, still feels like he’s learning how to pitch, how to sequence. That’s down the line. And a fair ball off of the bed of Diaz into the corner to get it is Ruiz. Diaz to second with a two out double. Big bounce left side. Rojos has no play and the bases are loaded. There’s another 3-2 just high. Ball four. Astros take the lead. The nine hitter Zack Short with a perfect day. And got him swinging. Pasia comes on and strikes out Paradus. Two to one Houston. Middle six. Flies it to center field. Trel immediately involved. Ball finds him for the first out. Really good defense helping the run prevention. Freeman off of the hands to third and Dub number two. Here’s a weak pop up right side and a quiet six for the Dodgers as Walker makes the grab. To the seventh we go. Houston up two to one. The one-two pitch. Alt left side backhand bats. Heaves it across. Dug out by Freddy Freeman. Tremendous play by Mookie Betts. And again on the back end there’s Freddy Freeman making sure that it’s complete. At third, Rojos from foul ground gets him. Left side of the infield dazzling in this top of the seventh. Nice base runner. Freddy Freeman single in the third inning. Fly ball center field treml. One 237 for Susa. Hit hard to deep right center field. Back goes Ruiz on the track at the wall. Gone again from Christian Walker. Unbelievable. There’s another drive left center field. Diaz finds the seats. Backto back home runs. Four to one Houston. There’s the leadoff hit for rushing. There we go.
We got a chance. King to Otani with the O2. Right down the shoot. A little pop into left, sinking base hit and they get the tying run to the plate. Another 02 pitch. Freeman lines about to center field. Treml with a diving catch. Taylor Trmell takes a hit and an RBI away from Freddy Freeman. Altuve jumps on the first pitch, sends a highf fly ball to left field. Conforto’s out of room and it’s gone. Jose Alt’s third home run of the weekend. Third of the game for the Astros. Five. Oh, chases 99 for the first out. Confo with a base hit to right. He’s on for the second time today. And that’s the game. That’s the series. That’s a sweep for the Astros over the Dodgers. Dodgers, one of the best teams in baseball, now fall behind the Tigers as far as best team in

  1. When are mlb fans gonna realize beating the dodgers so far doesnt mean anything. They are like 14 pitchers deep in the IL, they legit put scrubs in to pitch to save arms. Dodgers dont care if they get beat, they just trynna stay healthy. Dodgers are still number 1 ranked in the power rankings and have half of their pitching staff on the IL. The big question is sre we ever going to see a healthy dodger team is the bigger question.
