Malik Monk to the Detroit Pistons??? π± #nba #shorts #detroitpistons #nbafreeagency
It has been a wild free agency period for the Pistons over the last few days. After reports were going around that the Sacramento Kings were no longer interested in moving off of Malik Monk last night changed where now a three-team discussion is going down between the Detroit Pistons, the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors where a three team exchange could still happen and Malik Monk could possibly be landing with the Pistons very soon. It also adds a wrinkle where Jonathan Kaminga from the Golden State Warriors could be involved in moving to Sacramento if the deal does indeed go through. Now, we already know One Piece is basically official with Dennis Schroeder, the former Piston, moving over to Sacramento on a three-year $45 million deal. But this could open up a lot for the Pistons if this trade goes down and they are able to acquire Malik Monk. Shout out to Amari Sanova from the Free Press. I think he was first to report this about some cap space that’s opened up and some new options that the Pistons do have in terms of how they move forward from here in free agency. We’ll keep you informed right here on Top Title Detroit. Stay tuned.
