Hope everyone’s doing well. We got the Miami Marlins headed into Cincinnati to play the Reds. Both of these teams are finishing up their series on Sunday while I’m recording this. Um the Reds are currently playing the Phillies. Fourth uh inning just ended. Scores 000. And then the Marlins are finishing up their series against the Brewers. Brewers are currently up two to zero on the Marlins in the top of the fifth. So we’ll see how those games play out. But even if the Marlins lose this game to the Brewers, I mean the Marlins are still just in one of their better stretches of the season. Even if they lose this game, they still have won seven of their last 10 games. We saw them, you know, sweep the Dbacks, um, win the series against the, uh, the Twins. They are, you know, on the on the break of losing this series against the Brewers, but like I said, I I I’ve liked how the Marlins have played as of late, whereas the Reds, um, we’ll see how their game ends. But, hey, if they could pull out this one and then that means they won their series against the Phillies on the road, which would be a a nice series win. So look man, both of these teams are coming in pretty solid at the moment and I actually think this is going to line up to be a pretty good series. Um for the Marlins, it looks like Jansen Junk is going to be on the mound. Uh coming off one of his better starts of the the season. You know, he doesn’t have a massive sample size, but he’s coming off his seven strikeout game, only allowed two in runs against the Twins. Pretty solid for for Junk there. He kind of does seem like the Marlins have a bit of a short leash on him. Um, you know, he really hasn’t gone over five innings yet this season, but he hasn’t looked bad. He hasn’t looked bad. There’s been spots where he’s gotten hit up and and this isn’t going to be an easy start for him, you know, playing at Great American Ballpark, a aka Great American Small Park, but he seems like a competent option for this Miami team. Whereas, you know, Brady Singer’s definitely been an up and down season. He’s kind of cleaned things up over his last five, but I mean, he’s been hit up as as well um as of late. You know, in his last last start, he only gave up two earn runs against the Boston. Not bad. Start before that, he gave up four earn against the New York Yankees. He’s definitely going to give up some runs in this game. He is. And in this type of game, honestly, guys, I’m I’m having troubles finding the edge in this one. And these type of games, I honestly rather take plus money. I’m I’m going to take a shot here with the Marlins on the ML. Not my favorite game on the board. I’m I’m not going to lie. not my favorite game on the board, but I just think this game is going to be closer than what these odds say. Like I said, the Marlins have been decent as of late. I mean, and and they’ve they’ve proved that they could win on the road as well. They’re only one game under 500 on the road this season. So, I’m going to take a shot with them, man. Um I I just feel more comfortable putting my money getting plus 130 than, you know, laying close to minus 160 with Brady Singer on the mound. It’s as simple as that. So, I’m going to be on the Marlins. Like I said, just a lean. If you want some more games that I’m more confident about, I I do have a bunch of other videos for today, but if I had to make a play on this game, it it would be the Marlins.
