Tambellini, unironically, might have one of the best wrist shots of all time. Just could never get enough time to get it off.
I have his and Josh Bailey’s autographs on the bottom of a hat. That was from an event the Islanders held at the Entenmann’s place in Lynbrook, just across Sunrise Highway from the train station. I think that was held in 2009/2010ish? I was a kid back then (fucking crazy how I’m 26 years old now, a couple seasons after Josh Bailey’s retirement!)
There’s gotta be someone here that remembers the same event.
