The Chicago Bulls Are DOOMED

Out of every team in the Eastern Conference, what franchise is in the worst position for the next 5 years? Now, I know some people might just look at whatever team had the worst record and call them out for having no future. But the Washington Wizards are literally the OKC Thunder of the Eastern Conference. So, that’s just straight up wrong. Which is why, in my opinion, the team that’s going to struggle the most throughout the next 5 years is the Chicago Bulls. Part of this is the fact that their roster is pretty garbage and doesn’t have much direction, especially if they give Josh Giddy that huge contract he’s rumored to sign. But the one thing that’s more important than the players on your roster or the guys you draft and develop is the owner of the team. And I’m sorry, I don’t give a that he won six rings, Jerry Ryanorf is one of the worst owners in sports, which means unless the NBA decides to rig another draft lottery for them, we probably won’t see them be successful for quite some time. Now that I look at it, the Miami Heat are also in a pretty bad spot, but I feel like Pat Riley has one last move in them. There are a ton of other teams though that can have a pretty terrible future.   15. It‘s 100% the sixers Embiid is never gonna have a healthy Playoff run again and is under contract til 2028/29 earning between 55m.-75m a year plus the PG contract til 2027/28 so you won‘t even be able to extend Edgecomb + McCain Most likely also they‘ve been a horrible drafting organization

  21. The bulls have young talent like Giddey and buzelis that will be able to grow more on this team and also we have a lot of young talent

  22. Part of the reason that people say that the bulls are doomed to suck is because they hate them because they destroyed the lakers and that’s all people care about now

People don’t care about the bulls even though Giddey hit a halfcourt shot buzzer beater against the supposed lakers in 5 and that changed the lottery effecting where cooper goes and what team is going to be good for the next couple of years also even if that shot never went in the bulls still wouldn’t have gotten cooper because of the difference in the lottery

  27. The Wizards-Thunder comparison isn't lazy they're litterally doing the same thing the Thunder did during their one tanking year and the GM of the Wizards, Will Dawkins, was the former assistant manager of the Thunder for a long time under Sam Presti. It's an accurate comparison if anything
