969 970. We got Nathan Eavaldi and the Rangers at minus 112. Jose Soraniano and the Angels at plus 102. Total of eight. Flat across the board at minus 110. All right, Bub. Yesterday we’re all on Deg Grom. They had the lead early. Looked like things were going fine. The Angels come back and win that thing. I’m going back to Soraniano strikeouts today. I’m going to take the six plus at plus 139. I just like the he’s hit that number in four of his last five starts. Getting good decent plus money on this here. They only struck out four times against Kikuchi yesterday and I like I kind of like that here. So, we’re sort of getting a little bit buy or lower spot. I think today they’re going to see something different. I like the 6Ks for Sorano. What do you think in this one here? Rangers versus the Angels. Yeah, I think this a good opportunity to play Texas here. I’m going to try, you know, I wore my Angel shirt today, not because uh I’m going to be betting on them. I’m going to be trying to bet against them every time that I can. If you look at the expected standings on my site, and this is one of the reasons I do it, I kind of want to see what the record is, their actual record, which is 44 and 46. And in fact, it’s right there with the Diamondbacks who are 45 and 46. But if you look at like the components that make up what they’ve produced so far, it’s not very good. They should be 36 and 53. Their worst in weighted runs created plus bottom uh bottom 10 uh worst in xit minus bottom 10 defensive run save. They’re second worst in baseball. I’m looking at opportunities to kind of fade this team and I think that that this game is a really good opportunity just to do just that. Kyle, I got Ialdi uh 30% better than an average pitcher. I’m Sorion is a little bit weird because I’ve got him 8% worse than an average pitcher based on last 17 median. If you look at his numbers, location plus 89 percentile, that’s the last since June 1st. But his BBK hasn’t been able to do that from a long-term standpoint 64. You’re looking at Ealdi. He’s got really good location numbers. 86th percentile and his BBK is elite at8. We get an edge offensively. We get an edge in the bullpen. Uh that this this Angels bullpen to me not very good. 26th in baseball. Uh I’ve got this thing close priced closer to minus 200. Going with a with a Rangers first leg of the base. We’re in our parlay. Kyle seen a lot of Angels love out in the chat box. Corby, what do you think here? Is this uh more 50/50 than we think? think we like the Rangers here. Uh again, I’m taking the Sori Auto 6 plus K’s and it’s also the first leg of the Sizzling Sixes parlay today. Just a two-leg Sizzling Six. Uh what do you think on this game, Corvy? Rangers Angels. Yeah, inevitably I think the Rangers also based talked about the the Angels decline, but like the the Rangers seem like I mean they have all the names in the world. At some point they have to at some point like start doing something productive offensively. So, I like the idea of backing the Rangers in some capacity. Evaldi, a guy who I bet Sai Young’s on to start the year. Of course, I don’t think he’s going to win the Sai Young anymore, but um inevitably I do think his stuff is good. And then Soraniano is like the weird hiccup. Kyle, you keep betting the strikeout overs and like he’s a ground ball pitcher. So, um just from a theory standpoint, I don’t love it. But then you look at one thing that is like I I think the the main component of Soraniano is the fact that he will throw until his arm falls off. I believe the last game he threw 101 pitches. Um, and that is just like because he had 12 ground balls and that’s like a good ground ball game. Like you were like, man, he’s a ground ball pitcher and he still had seven strikeouts. Like he just throws so many pitches. I think you have a a live shot at six. Uh, even though it’s not really what he’s going for. Um, and it seems like a spot where that’s not the worst. Look, the the Rangers have to figure out how to click offensively. Uh, we’ve seen a lot of big names look pretty silly for quite some time now there. Um, is this the game? I don’t know. Um, I I wouldn’t mind a story on strikeouts. I’m slightly over on the four and a half. So, if you’re playing it, play derivative. Six. Sounds pretty good. Yeah. Uh, for purposes of the show, I like Soriano just gets there. And like Corby says, he throws a lot of pitches. Rangers didn’t strike out a ton yesterday, so they’re due for a little bit of regression there. So, for purposes of the show, we got the first leg of the base winner parlay, locking in the Texas Rangers. Or first leg, did I say second leg? first leg of the base runner parlay locking in the Rangers on the money line. I’m going to take Soraniano six plus Ks at plus 139 and I’m going to make Soraniano the first leg of the sizzling six’s base uh strikeout parlay with Jose Soraniano.
