Jac Caglianone’s first home run at Kauffman Stadium! 👑

Jack Kaggleon leads off the Royals second. Mitch Keller stranded two runners in the first. [Applause] Kaggleó was 0 for three last night. He did reach being hit by a pitch. One and one. [Music] Royals had a couple of one-out hits from Bobby Jr. and Vinnie Pascantino, but Keller got out of that with runners at first and third to end in the inning. And Kaggleó lines one into deep right center field and gone in a flash. There it is. First AB tonight. A liner. I mean, that was a frozen rope. 114 X Vo. That ball was swung on and gone. How about that? Hey, it was a good smile for you, young man. Stepping up. Look at that. Nice. Getting some good love in that block or in that dugout. 19° launch angle, which is not very high. That’s a frozen rope. And that’s his first home run at Kaufman Stadium. Wow. Yeah. 114 X and VO. Very nice. That’s exactly what Z wants. Little lead. Horowitz retires. Nick Lock change up. Belt high. Long arms. That ball was away. It wasn’t in. That ball was off the plate, but his long arms, he’s able to reach it. And you you can hear the crowd saying, “Wow.” You know, those that outfield O’Neal Cruz might have some Tracer burns on his face. That ball just just really went by him at a great velocity.

Jac Caglianone CRUSHES his first homer at home as a member of the Kansas City Royals on July 8, 2025.

  1. Congrats to jac 🐊 but PLEASE renovate the kauffman announcer booth radio please i know this stadium doesn’t have many years left but it would be nice

  2. Sincere question about the broadcast. Why does Rex Hudler always sound like he’s calling into a radio show in the 90s? The quality of his mic is always…off
