I mean, it IS a pretty sick looking hat.
I’ve lived in other countries and this is totally normal. About 1% of people who buy a Yankees cap associate that logo with the Yankees. Most people sort of vaguely associate it with New York, but there’s a fairly large percentage that just thinks the logo is cool.
