Ducks Offseason Receives an A grade from ESPN

  1. I’m always happy when any national media praises the Ducks, of course, but I loved this line:

“Once July 1 ended, it left Ducks GM Pat Verbeek with what appears to be more than enough money to sign his RFA class of [Lukas Dostal](https://www.espn.com/nhl/player/_/id/4588165/lukas-dostal), [Drew Helleson](https://www.espn.com/nhl/player/_/id/4565270/drew-helleson) and [Mason McTavish](https://www.espn.com/nhl/player/_/id/4874718/mason-mctavish) to new contracts.”

***Appears?!?*** The Ducks have $29 million in cap space! If that’s not enough to sign those three players to new contracts than exactly how much is each guy getting?!?

  2. The Ducks made good movies so far but this article is all over the place. They count Krieder as a key player gained on the Ducks but then don’t include him as a key player “lost” on the Rangers but they count Gibson as a key player lost on the Ducks AND a key player gained on the Red Wings. I also like how they gave Columbus a “D+”. Coyle is an upgrade. He played well in Colorado.

  3. What’s ESPN?

Is that the network that insists on shoving Leah Hextalls voice down our throats?

  4. We honestly have a lot to look forward to. Feels so good that both my sports teams have such a bright future ahead (ducks and magic)

  5. Sorry, I only accept hockey news and ratings from reputable sources like The Times of India. 🙂‍↕️ /s
