Ugh.
So many ass kickings, please make it stop
Boooooo

Pages down to a .593 OPS lol good lord
Need all the pitching
When does Oli get nervous?
Ay caramba
Ok I realize that Pallante was very bad today and so this might not be the time to bring this up but what the hell is up with this dude’s home run to flyball ratio? There’s no way this is sustainable, right?? He’s leading the majors by a country mile and today: two home runs against just four flyouts!
That puts him at 21.9%, almost double the league-wide 11.4%. For perspective, the top 2-5 HR/FB% in the MLB are
17.2%
16.9%
16.5%
16.4%
It makes no sense. This is a stat that is traditionally supposed to regress very hard.

I had low expectations of our rotation going into this season but this is even worse than that
Mikolas pitching tomorrow. If he actually loses the game for us, that’s it for the season right? No way the ownership buys SPs; instead, they’ll try to move some players on (but they’ll end up keeping Mikolas and Fedde)
This team has been disappointing lately. I hope that changes soon.
This team has 8 whole ABs against the pitcher we face tomorrow. So, despite him having an even worse ERA than mikolas, he will undoubtedly shut us out because this team literally does not scout opponents. If their name is more obscure than, say, Juan Soto, these guys have never even heard of him.
Good news is nowadays when we lose, we’re out of it in the fourth inning. No need to waste time.
Ya know tomorrows game is pretty big. Hopefully they have a pitcher up for the challenge…
I’m laughing that this season may come down to a Mikolas start.
He’ll pitch a gem like the ahole he is and I’ll have to see more stuff about how he’s doing as much as we should expect outta $18.5 million.
But seriously, go Miles and uh… go offense eventually?
For those needing some copium. At least Winn and nootbar had good days at the plate, this lineup desperately needs to get those two guys going. Also wetherholt with a triple and home run to start off his time in Memphis. That’s about all I got, I’m just ready for the draft and trade deadline at this point.
