  1. J-Dub, SGA, and Chet should all combine their money and just buy the entire city of OKC

  2. well deserved

kinda wild that OKC will pay three quarters of a billion dollars for their big three. but if anyone deserves it, it’s this core.

  3. Aaron Wiggins, Isaiah Joe, Jaylin Williams, Ajay Mitchell, Nikola Topic, and Thomas Sorber are under contract for a combined 24.5% of the cap in 2027 and 23.1% in 2028

Thunder will still have plenty of depth around their big three despite two rookie max contracts and a supermax

  4. Deserved. Came back from struggling last year in the playoffs. Had something to prove. Proved it with an injury on his dominant hand. Absolute dog and dogs gotta eat.

  5. Bang bang, in two years when all this kicks in you know how much thunder fans will care? None. No harden 2.0. Paid the big 3. Chip already secured. Stadium deal done. Team locked down for 20 years.

    Can’t tell me shit.

  6. So is the plan to utilize all their draft picks over the years to fill out the roster and get rid of anyone outside of their big 3 that is going to demand more than a min contract?

  7. Avoiding repeating the sin of letting Harden go. Good for them. Less wiggle room though for mistakes now.

  8. Gotta shout out to OKC for showing their guys the love after the title win. No corner cutting or anything. Probably the best small market franchise in American sports.

  9. Ok is it just me or the re-signing or extentions to the same team shouldn’t have the same font and picture and style to big trades lol. I read all of these, the first half of the sentence, with my eyes wide eyebrows reaching my hair, only to see the end of the sentence its just that they’re staying with their own team

  10. Caruso and iHart def moving on after this next season imo

But I wouldn’t be surprised if Presti finds a way to keep Dort and Cason — then you’re counting on one or two young players to hit, I guess.

  11. Why are a portion of these comments freaking out over the Thunder max signing Chet and Jalen Williams within the last couple of days? I would’ve been shocked if this didn’t happen

  12. Praise the Lord

Everyone on that OKC team needs to get paid

Pay them now or cry later

  13. Over the next few years, Presti is going to do the most insane shit to keep that bench healthy: genius trades, perfect draft picks, giving out descending and ascending contracts that somehow add up perfectly and harmoniously like an ingenious math proof. And it’s going to piss me off so bad lol

  14. This subreddit has next to no knowledge of the cap or the apron. OKC is more than fine lmao, Mark will get the young guys ready to contribute, ease them in slowly, and give them bigger roles. iHart will be moved in probably a year, and then probably Isaiah Joe. That’s really all they gotta do for now until Dort makes a decision.
