I found this jersey out of pure luck and definitely used Google Lens to see if there is other similar jerseys our there, but I'm having trouble verifying if this one looks authentic or not. Both the jersey and the signature. Does anyone have any insights or a similar one? Mainly the "A" on the front is what has me unsure, along with the 4's on the sleeves. I haven't seen any others with the "A" on it.

If anyone has any better places for me to check, let me know. Thank you!

  1. It’s possible it’s an authentic jersey with non-authentic name and number put on it.

    I have a couple jerseys that I bought that I later put name and number on and they don’t have the exact same name and number fonts as the on ice ones.

  2. Fake.  Everything on it is undersized- logo, “A”, name and number on the back.  Looks like a TJ Maxx special.  Signature could be real though, hard to tell from a photo.

  3. Nope it’s not. Numbering is wrong and authenticatics have number sizes not S,M OR L

  4. Ask r/hockeyjerseys they have a legit check thread – doesn’t look too good to me though. Signature COULD be but hard to tell

    Edit: also if I remember correctly the jerseys with the tag on the bottom I’m pretty sure came with no numbers or name plates, just blank.

  6. I believe that is a reebok premier in a youth size, which is why the logo is screen printed on, and then someone added awful heat-transfer vinyl letters and numbers to it after the fact. As for the signature, im not sure. so the jersey itself is a legit youth replica, just has pretty bad letters and numbers
