  1. This is such a fucking excellent business idea it SHOCKS me that it’s never been done before.

  2. Reall cool idea. Seems like an obvious thing, but its never really been done before

  3. how do you know for sure if they leave tho? Also it wouldnt be worth paying fee if your taking someone seats who leave in the 4th

  4. If pricing is really $5 or $10 sure, but A-Rod during the announcement used $150 as an example to just see the 4th quarter from better seat.

  5. That’s very interesting

Mimics my old method with smaller crowds. Back then I’d buy upper deck tix & pay for 2 drinks so my hands were full, then head in to the lower deck acting like I was looking for the person I carried the second drink for. Act too busy for the ticket checker, to make me pull my real tix from my pocket.

Walk down, fill the bowl. Lol

  6. The reality is that the ushers are going to have to be way more dickish

  7. Twins have a ticket upgrade system, but that’s fixed prices and not auction based.

  8. As long as the price is not insanely exorbitant that’s a great idea. They say 5-10 now but eventually that becomes 50-80 once someone gets their greedy hands on the deal.

  9. How can they tell who has left the game and who has just gone for bathroom or concessions?

  10. That’s actually kind of cool. Do you scan your tickets on exit so they know which ones become vacant?

  11. I don’t know why you need to charge for this. If somebody leaves early or pays and doesn’t show you’ve already got their money.
