BREAKING: SAN JOSE SHARKS SIGN FORWARD JEFF SKINNER TO ONE YEAR DEAL

The San Jose Sharks announced the signing of Jeff Skinner. I’m JD Young of Locked on Sharks. The Sharks signed Skinner to a one-year deal at $3 million. Skinner, a former first round pick in the 2010 draft. Uh is 5’11, 200 lb, and just turned 33 uh earlier this year. Last year in 72 games with the Oilers, scored 16 goals, 13 assists while playing about 13 minutes a night for the Oilers. But with the San Jose Sharks should have a much larger role and provide more scoring as this team again desperately needs scoring. I assume he’s probably going to at least get an opportunity to to start on the second line with Will Smith who’s the presumptive uh second line skinner scorer and should uh provide some more scoring for the Sharks who again were the last team in the NHL when it came to goals for per game. So, uh, we’ll break down, uh, Skinner’s game on your next episode of Locked on Sharks, wherever you get podcast. And of course, you can watch on YouTube as well.

The San Jose Sharks signed former first-round pick Jeff Skinner to a one-year deal worth $3m. Skinner should compete for a 2nd line role and help provide more scoring for a team desperate to score.
