  1. Once again, I appreciate y’all fucking around with this tomfoolery. The offseason has been a bit of a drag so far. I love the discourse and learning a lot about how we feel about who we’ve had on this squad so I wanted to open it up for discussion on if/where we need to move people.

  2. Looking down in the bottom right… is that John Starks!?! I think I had blocked out that memory that he was on the team for 4 games that year. Not cool.

    Edit: Also, if we’re going to have Vuc, PWill, Javonte, and Zo (those last two really shouldn’t be here)… it’s a crime not to have Zach and Deebo somewhere (unless I’m blind again)

  5. Who hates Rondo? That’s a space for Boozer or Wade (because he was on the same team). Eddie Robinson was hateable.

    Also, could Oakley or Theus fit in there? They were good for the team but hated afterwards, as Rodman was hated before.

  11. Elton Brand needs to be in the Neutral/Average or Neutral/Successful square. 

    Vuc is not hated. At worst he’s neutral. There are a lot of us Vuc lovers out here. He’s like the worst possible version of Jokic – lovely soft passes, decent shooter, good post player, horrid defender – genuinely enjoy watching him.

Chandler Hutchison was given a huge favor by the Bulls FO just being drafted at all, and then was like “WhEn YoU gEt TrAdEd AnD mAkE tHe PlAyOfFs WiTh YoUr NeW tEaM” on social media just to get benched by the Wizards and being out of the league next season. He would belong in that last square if he wasn’t too insignificant to hate on.

  15. Rondo should not be considered successful. He was a massive downgrade from Rose.

  16. I mean shouldn’t the entire hate row be just Jerry Reinsdorf and shitty operations guys? We only hate the players because they were shit signings by shit front office people..all roads lead back to Reinsdorf.

  19. I’d put Korver in that middle box. A lot of people think of him as having been a great shooter for the bulls, but most fans who watched those years will remember that he was a big defensive liability for those teams.

    I’d put Lavine in the Hated by Fans, Average Time. I actually didn’t mind him too much, but his contract was the downfall of bulls fans accepting his style of play.

    I’d put DeMar in the Neutral with Fans, Average Time… realistically he’s probably more cherished than being neutral with fans, but he didn’t accomplish enough to be loved by the fans

    I also think Ronnie Brewer should be somewhere on this list… probably Neutral with Fans, Unsuccessful time

  20. I don’t hate Rondo & Wade. I just despised the signings.

    You could tell the fo was trying to be “flashy” instead of compete.

  21. Are we defining ‘time’ as time spent with the Bulls or throughout career?

    – If career then Wade needs to be in successful time.

    – If time spent on the Bulls only, then Rondo should be lower, while Kirk should be borderline successful

  31. Tony Snell deserved a spot on this list. Didn’t amount to anything on a team that desperately needed perimeter shooting.

  34. I’m struck by the fact that the oldest people on this grid are from the Jordan era. The Bulls had 30 years of history before then and it might as well not exist to fans on here.

  36. I love that i chose patrick and boylen and asked if mercer or erob should be there as well and they all (sans mercer) popped up in that square lol
