The BIGGEST LOSERS Of NHL Free Agency #nhl #hockey #lakings

This is Ken Holland and his direction for the LA Kings is not exactly sitting well with the fan base. The LA Kings had easily the worst free agency in the NHL this year and some of these moves will seriously leave you questioning the decisions from this team’s front office. First, the Kings would let Gaovv walk in free agency to sign with the New York Rangers on a 7 by7 million deal. They then would trade one of their young defenseman in Jordan Spence for a measly third round pick. It’s at this point you might be asking yourself, if we lost these two players, then who do we replace them with? Well, Holland decided to bring in two guys who are constantly getting exposed by teams who play with Pace. Cody Cece, who signed a 4×4 $4.5 million deal, and Brian Dumlain, who signed a 3×4 million deal. These players got contracts that no other GM in the league would have signed them to, and their roster because of it is now older, slower, and worse off defensively. Not sure what Ken Holland was trying to cook up, but this feels like the wrong direction for a team that was trying to get younger.
