Why Isaiah Jackson re-signed with Indiana Pacers + more on James Wiseman & Myles Turner Bucks intro
Isaiah Jackson is back with the Pacers for another deal. Three years. What to make of that contract and his upcoming role with the Pacers. Plus, more thoughts on James Wiseman returning and Miles Turner grabs the mic and speaks as a Buck. So much to get to on this weekend locked on Pacers podcast. You are Locked on Pacers, your daily Indiana Pacers podcast. part of the Locked On podcast network, your team every day. What’s up everybody? Happy Saturday and welcome in to another edition of the Locked On Pacers podcast where we of course talk about the Indiana Pacers as always. My name is Tony East. I cover the team for Forbes and today a day full of centers. The rotation that was expected to be the Pacers rotation last year we’ll cover today. Isaiah Jackson is back. He has signed a kind of deadline was approaching, not really, but three-year deal for Isaiah Jackson to return to the Pacers. What does that mean? What can be expected of him this season, and I it certainly signals that the Pacers expect quite a bit. Uh James Wisman, I want to talk more about him. I kind of glossed over that because it was on the Kevin Pritchard Speaks Day. And speaking of speaks, that was a bad sentence. Miles Turner and the Bucks did their introductory presser out here in Vegas. Convenient for me cuz I was able to attend. So, I got to hear him and ask him a couple questions about his departure from the Pacers. So, a lot to get to on, as usual, one of these shorter weekend episodes. Isaiah Jackson, though, is the headliner of the day for the Pacers, filling out the roster to this point. That’s 15 players under contract for the Pacers with Jackson coming back on a three-year $21 million deal. Very interesting. So, I I’ll start with this. This is a bit of a patternish for players who are kind of in this reserve tier. I talked about this a little early on the show in the pod uh on this podcast early in the offseason, excuse me, of we’ve seen this kind of forming where Dron Sharp got a multi-year deal at his qualifying offer with an option on the end. Zar Williams got that, Trey Mann got that. I wondered if Isaiah Jackson would get that, although he was restricted. Those other three guys are unrestricted. So perhaps a little bit more affinity from the Pacers to Jackson and that shows because his contract does not contain any options. flat three years, 21 million to bring him back the year after the Achilles tear, but he was playing quite well uh in his five games last season and obviously has proven with playoff success the year before that. So, of course, they should want him back, right? I I I kept having to explain this like my thoughts on what they should do with him contractually did not have anything to do with how good I think Isaiah Jackson is. He’s quite good. I thought it was so obvious he should have been the backup last year despite some fans thinking otherwise, which I understand. And now he’s back on a on a longerterm deal, which he earned, right? He is a good player and has gotten better at quite a few things every single season of his career. Right? Year three it was the finishing. He shot, again, I had to double check this because I thought I got it wrong when I was writing my story. He shot 79.5% from 3 feet and in his third season in the league, right? And he had more dunks the season before that where he shot a little worse, right? So that means his touch was getting better that year, which we could all see. His defensive mobility is obviously very impressive. His athleticism is there. Um the jumper is a thingish, I would say, from like the elbows and he hasn’t quite established that three-pointer yet. He’s only taken 34 his entire career, but you know, certainly emerging player. He’s still very young, right? He he turned 23 earlier this calendar year. So, he’ll start next season at 23. Obviously, a worthy bet. And like in theory, as we’ll talk about with Wiseman in the next segment, this is the perfect season to have Isaiah Jackson be on your team, right? A a whatever you want to call it, I kind of hate the term gap year now. People are what using it, but a year where development will be more of a priority than last year and probably the ensuing year is a good year to have a 23-year-old in your rotation. See what they’re about, how much better can they get, can they get better at key skills for their, you know, their spot long term. And so it does make sense for Isaiah Jackson to be back with the Pacers. And I think that it is telling what they think of his recovery that they did three years fully guaranteed. I was told there are, and I tweeted this, there are injury protections in this. I don’t know them specifically, but going off past contracts, there’s usually a trigger for like if certain parts of your body get injured, this or that becomes non-g guaranteed or something like that. It it could be something to that effect. Uh but for Jackson, right, that seems like a fair deal. Uh, so if it starts and it basically would start right around that qualifying offer is, you know, about assuming it ascends, which I I don’t know, there could be an argument for this to be descending or flat given the Pacers history. You know, they’re not quite as close to the taxes, whatever. I don’t need to guess and just spitball here. Um, but a good a a fair deal given his production and what they think he could be, but the fact that they go fully guaranteed no options does suggest that they are confident in his recovery, right? And that’s very important. You know, they gave James Wise more guaranteed money than they gave him last year. same thing. I think they’re very confident with the Achilles recovery of their players and that includes Jackson who now has a chance to be their starter and I’ll be very f I would like to do a deeper dive onto the center platoon thing. Rick Carlile did an interview um earlier this week where he talked about doing that and like he’s been on yeah teams with this like Maxi Cleba, Dwight Powell like oh the some of these guys will work like rotational things where he’s kind of had to work through a couple guys as like quasi starters or quasi closers or feel it out and so he’s done he has actually done this before. I’ll be very curious how the Pacers prioritize it, right? They could easily make the case that as Jackson should start, he has familiarity with the team and their style and it’s literally the only team he’s ever played for. He’s their youngest probably rotation guy that they’ll have this year pending what they do with Tony Bradley. So, I if that all is something that’s appealing to them, the young guy who fits and is good, then he could start. If they want to keep their second unit together, he could be at the bench. And Jay Huff of course provides skills more similar to Miles Turner. So perhaps he could start with the fit in mind. You don’t need to stretch big Nicks to see Yakum kind of stuff. I got to understand that too. They have options like Wiseman could sneak into the rotation there. Who knows what Bradley’s role is going to be if he’s even on the team. But you know I I would understand both. But I certainly Jackson would be in their rotation as one of their top two. He’s earned that and he certainly is in line for a bigger role given that Miles Turner is not on the team anymore. And you’ve seen the kind of slow climb of his minutes. It did dip in his third year when they had Jaylen Smith playing quite well and Miles Turner, but his minutes were cl his minutes went up from his second season last year. I think he was in line to be a, you know, 17 to 20 minutes a night guy pre- Achilles tear. So, I’m looking forward to seeing what this becomes because lots of his non-scoring numbers have gotten better throughout his career, right? A slow climb of rebounding for Isaiah Jackson, a slow climb of his assists, his fouls, which were a huge problem early, dipped last year. It was, you know, it that that was a huge thing for him to clean up is staying down. The bl the blocks went up, right? So, he’s still figuring out when to time that kind of stuff. The steels have been kind of all over the place, I guess. But the efficiencies remained, his true shooting percentage extremely. I don’t have to tell you guys if you’re listening on Isaiah Jackson, you know that he’s a good player. And so, how basically the only question I would have about him is how does he recover? Because an Achilles injury can be he’s young. That’s a good time if there is such the thing to have one because if he’s not as bouncy, he’s a different player because that’s what makes him so special. It’s like he can he like he blocked for Pete’s sake. He can fly over the net when he jumps like and and for a center to have the kind of strides that he has. He just moves differently. He’s just it’s such a unique kind of trait skill to have and uh or excuse me base of traits to have. And so if they can apply that to more skill growth as he keeps growing, which they have so far through their screw, that’s certainly a valuable player. So obvious why they’d want him back, especially given their new center rotation. I thought his number for his contract might come in a little lower than this. But guess what? It’s not a big deal anymore given their their cap situation this year. If it’s higher than I thought, who cares? They’re going to be under the tax anyway. The Pacers are now at 15 players. Uh they’re about 7 million shy of the tax. So uh don’t think about them using their full mid-level right now, unless they make a trade or anything like that. Uh they certainly could still move pieces around. I’ll talk about that maybe after summer league or something what they could still do. But that’s 15 players. That’s a center rotation that at least makes some sense given their reality and a well-deserved reunion for Isaiah Jackson who was trending well in his five games last year pre-injjury. He immediately tweeted, “Yes, sir.” He gets it. Um, good for him to be back. It’ll be fun to cover him and see how he bounces back from the injury. Speaking of bouncing back from injury, James Weisman is coming back to the Pacers again. I didn’t get enough of a chance to talk about that, so let’s do that coming up next here on Locked on Pacers. Before we do that, we need to talk about game time. Have you ever decided last minute you had to head to the ball game with your friends or your family? Maybe it’s game day. Your second listen if any summer league prospect intrigued you. A lot of Hornets guys were interesting to me. Uh check out that show for your second listen. So I would suggest locked on Hornets. Uh but obviously there’s been a ton of interesting games out here. transactions are in theory happening, although a lot of them not quite on the huge scale anymore. Bradley Beal hasn’t happened yet. All sorts of stuff still to come. This is a slower moving NBA offse even though a lot of big moves happened before free agency started. A lot of like interesting stuff is just going a little slower. Okay, James Wiseman is back. Uh I I will again explain this because I said a few times replying to commenters, I might have said it on the show, I can’t remember that I my guess was that he would not be back. Not because I don’t think it makes sense, and I’ll explain why it actually makes more sense to have him now than it did in the past, but just because I wondered if they’d be willing, the Pacers being they, to have two centers coming off of major injuries in their rotation or on their team this year. They are clearly again, they must be comfortable with their Achilles rehab program, which is a good thing because they’re about to do it again with Tyrese Halburn. And we’ve seen James Wiseman and Isaiah Jackson working on the same basket at a lot of these practices, the Achilles corner, as we’ve seen it. Um, so that’s what made me wonder if if he would not be back since after they gave the qualifying offer to Jackson, it certainly was trending for him to return. So they have two guys coming off major injuries, that’s certainly worth watching when it comes to the rest of their centers. However, however, uh, if you don’t care about the injury part of it, like if the Pacers, and they did last year, believe that they could develop James Wisman, and why wouldn’t they? Their development program has been awesome of late. They’ve crushed it with that specific draft class with Halbertton and Stixs and Obie and N Smith and Jordan Warrick got better with the Pacers, right? Who knows what could have happened if Kyro Lewis stayed, but a necessary trade to get Pascal Seakkum. Obviously, they’ve done well with younger players getting better in their program, including guys they’ve drafted. Obviously, like it makes sense why they’d be like, “Yep, let’s try James Wiseman.” But last year, I thought it was just kind of an odd signing. And I explained it at the time because they were trying to be good. They were coming off a conference finals appearance. I thought they would go more of the veteran center route, right, for their third big than they did. And then they went with Wiseman behind Turner and Jackson and then it obviously all changed like crazy and a million guys played back up center for the Pacers last year. But this year coming up, the case I just made for Jackson is that well obviously they’re still trying to win this year. They have good players, but there’s an argument to be made that they’re trying to win with like potentially younger resources around their best players. like development is going to be more of a focus this year at least should be this this is the perfect time to try the James Wisman experience if you’re going to do it because if they can make him good like look I I’ve said this before probably on the show but I haven’t talked about Wisman in a while I a lot of new listeners since then since the Pacers went to the finals I’m around NBA players all the time I see seven foot tall dudes every week right it doesn’t strike I’m not like whoa look how tall that guy is ever in in my life anymore there’s very few players that get a reaction out of me for their size James Wisman was one of them I saw that dude and I was like, “Holy crap.” Like he is huge and cut and fast and bouncy and like the theory of that makes sense, right? Try to see if you can turn that into something. Can they make his jumper better? Can they make him more forceful because he’s a good rebounder because of his size and he can get up for the ball. He moves pretty well, right? It’s just about turning that into consistent winning production. And this is the time to do it. And the perfect time to have him kind of be your third big and see what you can get out of that. Right. And the other part of this is he’s not like so different from Isaiah Jackson. A little different, but he does kind of provide a different look at the five as well because of that size, right? He is probably, I would say, the best depending on how you feel about Tony Bradley because it’s his best skill. Wiseman’s probably the best rebounder they have in the mix of their centers. If that’s something they need at a particular time, they could turn to that. And I think that they felt they they legitimately felt good about the way he was trending with his production. Like he played well in the preseason and then the one game he played, he played pretty well until his injury. I think the Pacers felt good about the way that they could turn him towards producing for them in a way that if they needed him to play, they could. And so I currently would guess that Huff Jackson is the center rotation. Uh I don’t think you sign a guy to a $6 million deal and one guy to a minimum deal. I think it’s very telling which one of those two players I think is better between Jackson and Winesman. You don’t trade assets away for a player who’s probably not going to be in your rotation. So, just based on their actions of the offseason, right, I don’t have to guess that it certainly seems like they prefer Jackson and Huff over Wiseman, but it does give good sense to have him as a third center. And centers get hurt probably the most of any position in the league. Just what’s taxing on the body. There’s the most contact with them. They’re huge. There’s putting a lot of stress on their muscle and body all the time. and wiseman like Jackson is coming off of an Achilles tear as well. So him being the third big makes good sense, right? This is the this is the perfect like this is what I’ll keep stressing with him off season. This is the perfect time to do this with him. And so what it will be about for Wiseman this year is what can they develop him into or what can they they add to his game because it’s so obvious the stuff that he can do and the stuff that he did for the Pacers last year, right? He’s been a rebounding machine per minute. his per 36 numbers. Not to compare them to anyone else’s, of course, but you know, well into the double digits as a per 36 rebounder, efficient enough uh throughout his career. I just scrolled right past his true shooting percentage and now basketball reference is frozen. Thank you, basketball reference. Yeah, 61% last year, 64% the year before. Only one bad true shooting percentage season really in his entire career, right? Uh if you can get that efficiency and rebounding on the floor, that’s great. Now, obviously, he’s had issues with all sorts of other stuff. Turnovers too high in Detroit. Defense is a lot of work. No rail jumper. That’s the kind of stuff that they need to find a way to get him to do this year because if he can get the stop and the rebound, that’s great. If he can spread the floor out a little bit more, that’s very helpful, right? All sorts of little things can go a long way for somebody like James Wisman who has such an obvious base of just massive size and success. God, his per 36 scoring numbers are hilarious. last season. 43 points for 36 because he scored six points in those five minutes that he played pre-injjury. So, it’s I think the but I think the thing that will be the most interesting to me with his skill development is the defense because then it’s so easy to play him right even if he’s still the third big if he can be just enough of a deterrent on defense. And they’ve done a good job the Pacers have of, you know, training Isaiah Jackson to stay down more and move his feet and be more of an alert team defender. they got, you know, certainly improvement out of Jaylen Smith in every aspect of his game. If they can get James Wisman to do that kind of stuff, that would go such a long way for him. So, really looking forward to seeing what he can do this year. I certainly think this setting makes more sense for him and the Pacers. Uh, and I like what they’ve done with their top three centers given the situation that they’re in and given that they obviously uh did not trade for a bigger salary player after we talked about all those guys going on and on and on uh earlier in the offseason. So, that is their center situation. Isaiah Jackson is back. James Wiseman is back. I would guess very much so given the odd moves they’ve made that Thomas Bryant probably won’t be back. I mean, we’ve hardly heard anything about him and they have three centers plus in theory four if they keep Tony Bradley. Maybe they keep Enrique Freeman. We’ll see. So, this seems set to fairly set to me barring a trade. Uh, but all their decisions make good sense. Their oldest center is going to be Jay Huff, right? They got 26. That’s totally fine. That’s a good way to handle their situations. kind of blend like, okay, these guys are clearly good or have certain skills that can help, but are also young enough to develop and it’s not weird if you’re trying to force them to do new things or try new things or develop new skills. I like those ideas. And that’s the pitcher center rotation by committee. Rick’s done it before and Kevin Pritchard said, you know, I didn’t really include this part when I was talking about as pressure, but he said they found success going through position battle competition before, right? Remember two seasons ago going into it, they had all these things about position battles and what would be the tiebreaker and that’s how they would decide who plays. And you know, I kept making the point that you got to earn those minutes and that’s why young guys weren’t playing and people were really mad about it. But like that made sense and that made players better. You know, that’s the hope for the center spot this year and they’re doing center by committee because Miles Turner is no longer a pacer. This has been discussed a lot. But Miles Turner did pick up the microphone. He sat between Doc Rivers and Bucks GM John Horst in the Thomas and Max Center on Friday. He is officially a Milwaukee Buck. I was there. I got to throw in some questions which was very kind of the Bucks to let me do that. Let’s talk about some of the stuff that he said, some of which surprised me and some of which did not. Back here on Lockdown Pacers, thanks for making this your first listen today and every single day. Locked on Bucks could be your second listen for their reactions to Miles Turner speaking about uh him becoming a Milwaukee Bucks. Certainly some questions at this press heard about Giannis because John Horse was speaking on the record. You got to get those in when you can. But obviously Miles Turner was front and center literally on the stage talking for the first time as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks. Bucks hat, buck screen. He said his girlfriend likes what Buckreen looks like on him. Uh and so here is what was interesting to me. Uh the quote that has absolutely struck every Pacers fan is this his line about competitive, right? and he thinks he he called the Bucks a more veteran team and the Pacers were kind of a younger hungry team. Uh but he he said ultimately it was about just staying competitive and then to finish that quote later he said I saw a chance to remain competitive here. So what people are people are really interpreting that is like yo the Pacers just made the finals. How’s that not competitive? That’s not what he’s saying. He said staying competitive and remain competitive. Like I think he clearly realized the Pacers were competitive. I think that’s more about Hallebertton’s injury if anything and he thinks the Bucks could be better than the Pacers next year. That said, why I I was stunned he said that, right? Like uh the Pacers were clearly very good the last two years and I think should be quite good albeit without Turner coming out of Hallebertton’s injury. Like they could very well be just as good as the Bucks after that. I don’t think it’s even that hard to to imagine that. Uh you know, the Bucks ball handler is going to be Gary Trent Jr. this coming season, right? I don’t I don’t want to crap on the Bucks. actually think they’re going to be better than people think. But I was surprised by that, right? I get for a one-year window why that would be a thing that makes sense. But if that if that’s the goal of a, you know, he signed a four-year contract, like is that really the case? Um, so that was really fascinating. And from a fan perspective for people who are fans of the Bers, I get why that would be insulting, right? The Pacers just made the NBA finals for Pete’s sake. They’ve beaten the Bucks in the first round two years in a row, right? That’d be like, what are you even saying? So that was very strange. even though I suppose for a one-year window, I can understand where he’s coming from. He did say that right after the news broke, he sent a message to the team. Some of the guys got back to him uh because he wanted to tell them first. And then I asked him at the end about negotiations, right? Because that was a big part of this is, you know, Kevin Pritchard mentioned that they he thought there was negotiations of good faith between the Pacers and Turner’s camp and you know, he thought it was trending in a good direction and then there he goes, he’s off to the Bucks. They didn’t get a chance to match and that’s how free agency works. That absolutely sucks for the Pacers. They probably should have started at a higher number if they really wanted to keep him. And I’d imagine Turner would have stayed had that number been closer to what he got from the Bucks. But Turner said when I asked him about negotiations, he said there was alignment issues as far as me and them. And he wouldn’t get into anything more than that. But that was really interesting to me. That could mean a lot of things. Whether it’s a competitive window, whether it’s a number of years, which, you know, I have yet to hear myself that the Pacers offered him a four-year contract. That doesn’t mean they didn’t. Um, you know, I don’t know everything. Uh, the Bucks clearly did, right? It could be that could be a number of years thing, right? He’s he’ll turn 30 next season. The years are nice. The money is nice. It could be the player option part of it on the back end. The trade kicker. It could be alignment of years because the Pacers, and I said this many times, my prediction was that he would have gotten three years from the Pacers. It lines him up with Sakum. It lines him up with most non-halbertton players. And in theory, if you do, as many fans now are in some ways because he’s leaving, think he’s declining. In theory, he’d want to get on the market earlier and get one more chance at a bigger contract. We’ll see if he actually is declining or not. So, I thought three years would be the sweet spot. Perhaps that’s the alignment. You know, perhaps it’s the competitive stuff you mentioned earlier. Perhaps it is just money, right? Perhaps it’s just per year money. The negotiation started from the Pacers at a number he thought was too low or even disrespectful if he was really willing to go out and get more money. as soon as the Bucks waved it in his face and said, “You have to take this now.” And again, money moves fast and free agency, he felt like he had to take it. Like that I would understand that being technically an alignment issue, right? If you want to call it that. And so I found that phrasing to be interesting because it leaves a lot open to interpretation, which he should, right? He shouldn’t go up there and blast the Pacers. U which was why the competitive quote was so interesting to me. Um but that was kind of the stuff that I found the most interesting that I tweeted about being there. There was obviously a lot more than that. I think Alex Golden’s tweet a lot of it. I’m sure you can just watch it. I bet the Bucks just posted the whole thing. But, you know, a lot of it was about, you know, being on a new team, playing with Giannis, you know, how the Bucks kind of wooed him, all sorts of stuff like that. Uh, the full quote, Alex, thanks for typing this out. My former team, we were just young and hungry. I look at this team being the Bucks, as a veteran group of guys that just want to win by any means necessary. There’s a reason why guys want to be here. Everybody sees the vision. They don’t resign just to do it. I think there’s a real belief within this organization and I align with that. I like I Okay. Um I mean clearly the the Pacers are good and and young and growing. Just very fascinating that that’s the way that it went. Yes, the Bucks did post the whole thing. So you can you can see it there. Uh and then Miles Turner also said, you know, there’s a saying I hate I hate when they say grass isn’t always greener on the other side. I’m confident enough to say the grass is going to be greener wherever I go. Just a lot of like very interesting on the way out kind of stuff. Uh, I can’t necessarily blame him for making the choice that he made, but some of the quotes today were very interesting. I certainly, if I had to guess it, my my continued educated guess would be that he wanted to return. The Pacers offer wasn’t where he wanted it to be. The Bucks offer immediately was and he couldn’t come back to the Pacers with it, so he took it. And that is the reality that the Pacers and Bucks now face. And Miles Turner is going to be playing the Pacers four times a year. And if they play each other for another year in the playoffs, more than that. And I think we’ll find out how everybody really feels about it when the Pacers and Bucks play each other in a basketball game, right? And we’ll see how it goes. Um, you can watch the whole thing though. I I don’t want to just bomb takeaways at you because there was a lot of questions that weren’t necessarily about Pacers stuff. I was the only Pacers person there obviously. So, uh, not a ton of Pacersy questions, but there we go. Miles, that’s until more is revealed. Uh, I might do one more Miles Turner show like much later in the offseason about his legacy with the Pacers, but until that that’s it. the fiend on the Miles Turner offseason talk. Instead, we will look forward summer league tomorrow uh slashtight or whenever this comes out. Uh more offseason discussion to come. So much more to come here on Lockdown Pacers. Thank you guys so much for listening today and every single day. Uh you can find me on Twitter and Blue Sky Tony. This podcast is lockdown pacers on Twitter and Instagram. Back tomorrow talking more Pacers and summer league. Till then everybody have a wonderful day.

So I’m typing this comment before I listen to it bc i am at work, and I’m catching up on the last two episodes(3 counting this one) of Locked on Pacers, and listened to Myles Turner’s press conference before the pod, and low and behold, I heard a very familiar voice at it. I knew as soon as the first words were coming out of your mouth that, it was you @TonyEast. I’m a HUGE Myles fan, i have 3 of his jerseys with the Finals patch on it, but an even bigger Pacers fan, and to be honest with you Tony, that was the first time(I know, kinda late) that Myles was really gone, and I think if iJax wasn’t coming off a torn Achilles I would’ve felt better about it but it is what it is. I hope Pritchard and the Front Office, sees a bigger picture with this team and proves, like they continuously have, that they will make the right moves to get us where we need to go. I’ve had thoughts ranging from trading for another all star type player this year, more around Tyrese’s age of course, all the way to trade Pascal let Benn and Jarace start and see what they can really give you, than next summer trading that pick along with others for a co star. Lol sorry rant over, even though I have so much to say lol
How do Pacers fans actually use that line “beat the Bucks in the first round 2 years in a row” as a way to beat their chest 😂😂
Bro Bucks were without Giannis the whole series and Dame for 2 games last year. This year Dame was rushing back from a long-term injury n did not look himself at all in the 2 games he played.
This would be like, say Cheifs made the playoffs and Mahomes and Chris Jones got hurt… Ravens all a sudden bang on about “ahhh we toasted the Chiefs in the Divisional” 😂 C’mon man!
Tf is wrong with Pacers fans.
This is a sport where only 5 players r on the floor. You’re missing 1 or 2 of your best players, you’re cooked.
Chiefs without Mahomes and Jones would be flat our garbage.
It’s embarrassing the way you all throw that out there.
Truly.

Hearing how miles answered your 2 question on bucks myles introduction press, its simply seems that the pacers offers werent as much as the bucks and hes not taking any discount. but cant blame him at this stage if his careers he need that big final contract. And cant blame the pacers front office as well for not increasing the offer hes no show in the final.
i guess its just best way for both parties, no hard feeling at the end of the day its a bussines.
I'm hoping The Jay Huff acquisition is a Myles-Lite answer to the stretch 5 problem we need to play Pacer style BBall…..IF Jack or Wise can develop a 3pt shot that would be icing on the cake…I think the biggest upside will be the Devlopment of Furphy Mathurin Jarace & Shep
