um presser um he said quote you’re going to see a different assar he’s gotten bigger end quote so and made it very clear at the pre-death a few weeks ago that he wanted to get a lot stronger and we talked about on the podcast he wanted to get stronger have a lot more time in the gym he also mentioned that Assar has been at the practice facility all summer and me hearing that that goes back that takes me back all the way to before Assar’s rookie season when we had his trainer on the podcast And we asked him about, you know, what can you talk about, you know, with the SAR’s work ethic? And he said he’s never been around a player that works as hard as Sar. And then he talked about that story if you guys remember how Assar during his rookie season he didn’t he felt like he couldn’t

Most defensive minded players, pick up shooting and movement easily because! Defense is already embedded.. So offense is easier to pick up..
People forget that he dealt with blood clots last summer and missed the entire training camp. Basically played his way into the season. Looking forward to seeing what a healthy summer does for him!
