32. We’ve all seen that damn Rally House ad a billion times. Now I am giggling at it. I was having beers with a childhood buddy last night whose wife and kids were out seeing Superman, giving him his first night away in months. He told me his oldest boy (12) has a brutal screen crush on one of the kids in the ad, and constantly asks Dad to take him to the nearby store, hoping she’s an employee there. Sorry kid! It led into a long laugh about Buddy and I would loiter in the Mall hoping to look cool in front of girls, but we’d just default to the video game store (RIP Babbages).
