Happy for the kid, after all he’s been through, he deserves success. Wishing the best for him and his family in the coming years, hopefully this kid is our next ace!

He was happy because that call told him he’s pitching next week in the majors.
This is their reaction because its so unexpected, and he gets a better signing bonus. They’re happy for their son. Their reaction was going to be similar no matter where he was drafted. I hate this crap

congrats to him and his family, regardless of how any of us feel about him (i personally have heard great things from a family member in the college ball circuit so im hyped) this is what he’s been working his whole life for. his family has been just as much a part of the journey too so its a big day for all of them. hope he enjoys it and does great things in the show. good luck tyler!!
