BOMBSHELL REPORT: Quinshon Judkins Police Report Leaked | Cleveland Browns News

So, the police report from the Quinn Sean Judkins domestic violence arrest has become public and it’s not good. It’s not good on a lot of levels, right? It’s not good when you’re looking at it through the lens of basic humanity, right? How is the victim? How are they impacted? It’s not good in that regard. It’s not good for Quinn Sean Judkins and you know his future with the Cleveland Browns and with the NFL and it’s not good for the Cleveland Browns when it comes to the availability of Quinn Sean Judkins and if he ever even plays for this team based on these allegations. Now these topics are always a little bit more difficult to talk about because they’re allegations. So you don’t want to rush to judgment. You don’t want to say someone is guilty of this. But if you just go off of what the report says, which for the sake of this video, let’s do that. It’s not good. So, I’m going to do a little bit of a reading with you all and I’ll summarize some parts of it and then I’ll read verbatim what the report said at other parts. So, with that, let’s dive into it. Um because the report begins with July 12th, which was this past Saturday, a Fort Lauderdale police officer responding to a victim who wished to report an incident of domestic violence with her boyfriend. So here’s her story, and I’ll put some of this on screen for you guys as well, her story as it was logged and detailed by Fort Lauderdale police. So, it all started at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport with the defendant on Monday, July 7th, arriving late in the evening with the victim. The victim said that after they got off the plane, she had to use the bathroom and then when she emerged from the restroom, they went to baggage claim. Okay, this is where things get weird, I guess, to say the least. The victim said at baggage claim that the defendant, Judkins, said, quote, “Oh, wow. I can’t believe you and I’m so done with you. So, pause, interject. I mean, just going off this report, clearly some information got to Judkins regarding his girlfriend, his partner. I’m not really sure the definition of their relationship right now that was not known to them either on the flight before the flight or when they got off the plane. So, some tech something got to Judkins that clearly set him off. Uh the victim stated that she was like, “I don’t understand why you’re behaving this way.” Then they got into a Lamborghini SUV rental car. Um bad poor like economical decision by Judkins to rent a Lamborghini SUV when you haven’t even signed your NFL contract yet. And you may not even really get a dime from the NFL based on the rest of this report. Moving along here. Okay. Um, they get in the car and Judkins began showing frustration after he read text messages from family members. So, I think that Judkins got some type of text from family or friend about the defendant, about the victim when they got off the plane. Who knows what it was about? You know, you can make inferences. You can make guesses. Maybe an affair. I don’t know. I have no clue. All right, moving along. The victim started to explain to the defendant Judkins that these messages were not true and that is when this altercation ramped up to, you know, another notch. Uh victim stated that the defendant then punched her in the mouth/chin area with a closed fist. There was visible bruising on her chin area. The victim showed the cop, keep in mind this punch happened on July 7th. She didn’t call the police until 5 days later on July 12th. So, she had a picture of her chin/lip area and the bruising was clearly evident as the officer noted. So, the timeline’s a little important here, right? We have the incident happening on July 7th, but the report, the phone call to the police not being made until July 12th. So, we’ll get to why there was a five-day gap later on in this report. All right, moving along. The victim said that the defendant pulled over at one point. She got out of the car, called Judkins’s mom, who I’m guessing was the I shouldn’t guess, but maybe that’s the one who texted Judkins or maybe she’s like she’s the one that can talk some sense into her son. I don’t know. Um told the mom what just happened. The victim um advised she would get back in the car but would sit in the back seat and the arguing continued with Quinn Shawn. Then the victim stated she was trying to explain that the texts were out of context. So clearly like that’s one of the big talking points in this thing is some texts were made and not here to excuse the actions from the text but I’m curious what the texts were to you provoke such a strong response. Um, victim said that the defendant turned around while was driving and struck her additional times in the left arm and thigh. The victim had visible bruising on her left arm and thigh. The victim also displayed photographs that were taken just after the incident with similar bruising. The victim stated that while the defendant was striking her in the instance, she began to kick her feet in the direction to defend her to the to defendant herself. In his direction to defend it. I’ve got good boss. All right. Anyway, back to our story. The victim stated the defendant pulled into a Burger King parking lot, at which point she got out of the car. She eventually got back in the car and said, “Don’t touch me again.” Then we get to the question that you’re all probably asking. If this happened on July 7th, which was a Monday, why did she wait till Saturday, to call the police? Okay. She was asked why and she said she felt bad due to the recent success of his career and she didn’t want to contact the police after, you know, um some self-reflection, I suppose, which I think that’s a an understandable reason, right? You’re with your boyfriend, you just got drafted into the NFL, and you know, a call to police could jeopardize his NFL career. You want to protect him. I I can understand that thinking. All right. Uh then she spoke with family and friends and came to the realization, no, you shouldn’t be able to hit people and get away with it just because you play in the NFL. So also a very understandable conclusion. I understand both the initial reasoning of I don’t want to call the police. I don’t want to ruin this for him and yeah, you know what, maybe I will ruin it for him because actions have consequences and you can’t get away with it just because you play or were going to play in the NFL, which we’ll talk about next if that ever happens. All right. Um, and then the cop said he made contact with the defendant, Judkins, invoked him, uh, invoked his Miranda rights, and he was booked. So, what happens next? I think after hearing all that, everyone’s going to have their own thoughts, their own questions, takeaways, whatever. But one probably common theme that everyone is going to have watching this video is, so is he ever going to play for the Browns? He has not signed his rookie contract yet. I’m sure he’d love to sign that right now. I bet the Browns have taken that off the table until they get more information about this. Here’s my prediction. Judkins is not going to I can’t even say get released by the Browns because he hasn’t signed a contract. I think Judkins is going to sign this contract. It will have no guaranteed or very little guaranteed money in it and he will get suspended by the NFL for four to six games. That’s my prediction right there is that there will do there will be some internal review and kind of like my call last year where the Browns will suspend him and then the NFL will come in and say, “Okay, well, he’s already served four games of a Browns suspension while they’re doing an investigation. We’re going to do a six-game suspension, which is just two more games on top of the four he’s already missed.” That’s my guess is we won’t see Judkins for the first month, month and a half of the season. And it’ll be a lot of Jerome Ford and some Dylan Samson and it’s not going to be very good. And I like Dylan Samson. Went to my college. I’m not going to put a lot on his plate as a rookie. And Moore just got added with what was supposed to be the Bellback in my eyes. Uh the lead back getting suspended probably. So, and he’s gonna end up playing for the Browns, too. I don’t think his football career is over unless there’s more damning details that come out. But knowing the Browns, the way they operated with Mike Hall last year, they didn’t cut him. Like they didn’t move on from him. So, I don’t see why it’d be any different this year unless they really like were fed up with the rookies acting this way. We’re going to send a message not to this rookie class, but to future rookie classes that if you’re on the Cleveland Browns, we don’t tolerate this. But that has not been the message so far. So, I don’t expect it to change. Again, I go back to the point I made the first video and yesterday’s video and this video. At some point, there has to be responsibility placed on the leadership and the veterans of this team for creating a culture where rookies feel like, hey, you can get away with murder here, right? There there isn’t this sense of when you’re on the Cleveland Browns, this is the way you act. This is the way you behave. No, don’t get that sense. And you could say that I’m being dramatic, but how many rookies have to get in trouble before it starts to make some sense? Jador Sanders getting pulled over multiple times. Judkins, Mike Hall, Perry Winfrey, the list goes on and on. Disappointing from a top. And I’m not trying to give the coaching staff a pass either. Top to bottom. There’s a major leadership crisis on this team. And it may not be evident when it’s July, but I think those things build up and it’s what’s holding this team back from being more successful. The lack of leadership [Music]

  1. I'm calling cap on her story. Why stay in the situation for 5 days before calling the cops? I'm thinking he discovered she was cheating or telling friends she found her million ticket. He didn't like what he was told and he let her know after this trip they are over. She didn't like that and abused herself (or with help from a friend) then went to the police.

  2. The owners a criminal. Berry is an awful GM. This franchise is being led by clowns. Until that changes it will remain a ship of fools.

  3. Petey your wrong to blame it in leadership as if every team dint go through this. Hell the vets barely even know quinshon. And remember when you say he made a bad economic choice that he got nil money…… he has a few legit endorsements already on top of he won a ring so I wouldn’t be shocked if he had a few million in his account now

  4. Does college stardom lead these hoodlum morons to believe they can do whatever? What a waste. Bad part is, hell still play in the NFL. Maybe not for the Browns, but someone will pick him up.

  5. Im officially a ravens fan. Its to hard to be a browns fan im done. We finally find a quarterback after 20 years and we traded him for a rapist. We let nick chubb walk after he rushed himself back to play for us (don't be surprised if he bounces back next year btw) for another player that punches women. This is the 3rd year in a row this has happened to a guy we drafted. This organization does not care about character only talent. But talent alone will never win in football ever. The Cleveland browns problem is culture.

  6. You disgusting Browns fans that are blaming the victim to support your team should be investigated along with Judkins. Pathetic disgusting ppl trying to justify this CRAP plenty of women deal with abuse different ways

  7. Every since you have hea4d about this you been on that boys neck..what about this one here buddy maybe JUST maybe she did in fact send some inappropriate messages to someone h3 fo7nd out and wild her he's not taking him to the nfl with him and he was done with her so she continues to stay with him and nit report it then 5 days later she got beat up trust me that's exactly how inner city women get down and how they play but please STOP vollying for him to be cut ir saying he may never get payed bye any nfl team someone will pick him up if he's cut bye browns trust and believe that

  8. Detective Pete at it again but not mentioning she partied all that time this kid has had no issues quite beating them down oh my god sanders got pulled over twice he isn’t from ne Ohio it’s apparently obvious you aren’t either

  9. I don’t believe her, I believe that he was going to break up with her and she did this ish to herself to ruin him and get some money🤷🏾‍♂️

  10. And all that report is only her side. There is another side to this story. Here's a version that would help Judkins: He got off the plane with his girlfriend and he got text messages that were not complimentary about her. His response of "I can't believe you" makes sense at that point. He was obviously upset with her. But since he brought her, he wasn't going to just dump her at the airport. They got into the rental "limo" and drove away. The argument continued and she threw a drama fit telling him to pull over and let her out. He did but they continued to argue. Eventually she realized he was going to dump her eventually so she argued some more, trying to provoke him. He stopped again and told her to get out. She got out, still arguing and probably cajoling at this point, then got back in. They continued on and eventually they get to wherever they are going. At no point did he ever lose his cool and strike her. But since she sees her golden ticket slipping away, she decides to screw him over. She injures herself (or has a friend do it) and then calls the police to report it.

If she had been hit hard enough to bruise on July 7th, most of the bruises would be gone 4 days later on a normal, healthy person. Cut lips would be healed. And I'm really curious: did the limo have a dashcam that looked both inside and outside the car at the same time? There might be video of what took place in the car.

  11. He beat the crap out of her. Then begged her not to say anything. Which most likely he’s done this before and she let it slide. And then after she said she wouldn’t call he did something again in that 5 day span and she finally called. Of it goes to a civil suit if she chooses to take it to court it’s a maximum sentence of 1 year in prison if he’s convicted

  12. Why do the browns always pick the worst character guys. Berry needs fired. This dude has ruined this team now for 5 years at least. Nothing to show for but the worst trade in NFL history and many failed draft picks. 2 years in a row with 2nd Rd pick gets arrested. So disappointed
