Reacting to Bronny James highlights vs the New Orleans Pelicans in the NBA Summer League

Yeah, y’all know what time it is, man. We got to watch the goat. Bronny James or son of the goat, however you want to call it, the prince. Uh, let’s check it right out, man. Let’s get to it. I heard he had a decent night. 14 points. It’s against the Pelicans, but you know, summer league points is different, bro. You can’t base it off of 25 and all that, you know. We going to check it out. It could be with someone else. The guy that can shoot it. That was mis nice feet from Christian Koko to Bronny James and the Lakers are on the board. Trey Alexander’s shot got rejected the pass. Basisley who got the rejection on the other end able to stuff it home. And Basley teased you with his leg for this athleticism. I mean you look that play right there. That was a nice athletic move but that was a nice heads up play too. Bronny head always looking down. Boom. Got that out of there, bro. That’s the type of play. He looking like me out there. How you seeing the floor? Kansas State in the middle of that. Lakers defense been forcing turnovers so far and Cola finishes off the latest. Made some very good decisions as a passer right here. Reading the defense, seeing the trail. Cola doing a nice job finishing. Like all the teams in summer league, they’re so much more efficient. Hourglass sands wind down. Pass to the corner. Bronny the steel. I’m trying to figure out where do you play queen where you can take advantage of him. That’s good drive right there shooter. And then Bronny good job of using his body finishing with the left hand keeping his head on the rim. That’s just a good play right there. Used the rim as a shield. Take it to the other side. all throughout the summer. Started in California and now finished. So easy. He’s just got to finish that. Lakers numbers here. LeBron able to get it to LeBron James Jr. able to get the crawl over the rim. LeBron’s in the house. Bronny with the basket. Lakers rookie of the year. He was in the house earlier today watching. Cory Swider off the inbound with the bucket for the Lakers. We’ve had two turnovers each side in the last. Let’s look at this offseason trade. You got CJ McCullum traded. Kelly Olen was very good for dabble. He was making me some bread. Jordan Pool. Yep. Yep. Guys was making moves this summer. Guys is making moves this summer. How y’all think that’s going to play out though? What y’all think? Going to be looking better. Washington for the pales. 5 seconds. Ronnie was one of them. gets a good look at a three and buries it behind the ball. He shows his hands. Really good on time on target. No hesitation. He’s got a little dip in that thing. But if you’re going to shoot it, you got to shoot them confident. You’re going to miss shots. You’re not going to make every shot, but you’ve got to be shot ready. And it comes with your preparation. And then you got to just live with the result. First triple of the night for Ronnie James here. Lakers going to get their first win of summer league. A steal by Bronny. And that one’s going to count beating the horn. [Music] Make the final score. Lakers 94 and New Orleans 81. Cole Schlider with a 21-point effort. And Bronnie James playing to the end with a steal and a score. He ends up with 14 points here tonight. Coach knocked down that big three, made a couple of nice passes. again, he’s got to hang his head on the defensive end and then just make good decisions and share the basketball. And uh I thought the Lakers played good basketball. They It was fun to watch them share the ball and make plays for each other. Leave the buzzer. 14 points for Bronny James. Really good finish. Really good night and a W. You would take that, Bronny. Just keep getting better. You going to be a rotational rotational player this year. We want you to play 20 25 minutes. Yeah. You know what I’m saying? Get out there. Play your defense. Show your heart. show you toughness, athleticism, all that. Remember, he can jump out the gym. His vertical was what, a 38 if I remember correct. 6’2. Sky’s is the limit, bro. He just going to keep getting better and better. But that’s the reaction.
