Can The Oilers’ NEW Lines Bring a Stanley Cup to Edmonton?

Bob put out a tweet with his projected lines for next year. So he had Isaac Howard with McDavid and Heyman. He had Pudlez on not Pud Kleen. Pud Kle with Dry Cidle and Manioani. I’m just having fun. Frederick with R&H and Seavoy which we talked about. Maybe you play Seavoy with R&H. Like it can work. It can work. Fourth line he had Yanmark with Henrique and Kain. Fourth linear and or sorry fifth line Lazar and Thomas. This is interesting. I do think Seavoy deserves a shot with Dry Settle at some point. If he doesn’t start there I think it’s fine. But my problem is exactly what Jason James just said in the YouTube chat. Where’s Noah Phil? You don’t need Matias Yanmark. I’m so over it. I’m over him, too. And the season hasn’t even started. But like that contract was bad the day they signed it. It’s unnecessary now. You could have used the 1.5 to acrue and do something more significant. I would be way more intrigued with a lineup that is sure I’m good on Howard McDavidman. And then you know what I honestly kind of want to see is like Henrik with or sorry you can even go I don’t even mind put cos and dry setup Henrik with Nan Seavoy play Henrik as a winger and then put Philip on the fourth line and Philip can play with Frederick and Kappan. That’s actually fine to me. Phil Frederick and Kapin might actually be a pretty decent line. Yanmar doesn’t do enough. And I get you need penalty killers but like Henrik can kill. Kaan I think can kill. Philp can kill. Seavoy they kills. Frederick kills. Mania can kill. Possen can kill. Heyman, McDavid both kill. Yeah, I don’t want the only guy to the point who doesn’t kill is Howard. Yeah, more or less. Dry saddle, too.

  1. I'm so happy you guys aren't the GM. Janmark isn't bad! You'd rather someone who's never played in the league to replace a solid penalty killer? How many prospects have we seen struggle to make the jump to the NHL? If they were all as smooth in transitioning as you suggest, Broberg would have been locked up long before that offer sheet. Heck Draisaitl got sent down his rookie year. Howard is exciting, but again you guys assume someone who's never played an NHL game to be on the top line? (No, I'm not suggesting Janmark on the top line instead)
    You guys talk like you're personally paying Janmark. Just go outside and take a break from the mic. It's mid-July just stop trying to make hockey talk happen, you're just trash talking people at this point.

  4. Put Howard and Savoie on the 1st and 2nd lines cheap, young, skilled wingers podkolzin isn’t a scoring forward he’s a checker…. Also put Philp 4th line center
