He’s excited to be closer to home, for sure. But he’s also hyped to be on the Hornets. The Jazz is just about the only team that a competing player could love to come here and see us as an upgrade. The difference is that we’re not trying to tank. We just happen to live in one. We just got a fucking killer, who actually wants to be here.
This dude wants to win, is intense, and seems super positive and energetic. I’m really hoping he puts some extra intensity into Melon.
At first I thought we just picked him up cause it was just a no brainer deal for Nurk but no. This is the exact kind of guy the Hornets needed.
