19. Kevin Durant is one of the greatest of all time, but I think it’s fair to wonder about his impact on how he inspires confidence and camaraderie with his teammates. Not that’s he’s not a “leader” but I think he just wants to hoop and isn’t in to the extra intangible stuff.

20. Nobody WANTED KD to leave, but we really didn’t have much of a choice if we couldn’t get off Beal’s contract. I mean if we had KD/Book+the current team minus Man Man/Brooks/Green, are we really that much better? And then considering contract situation it just seemed like something that had to be done.

    A lot of people (including myself) loved seeing KD in a Suns uniform, but if we couldn’t get off Beal’s contract, our only other options are running it back (awful idea), trading Book (the streets would riot), or trading an aging KD with 1 year left on his deal.

21. There is not one Suns fan Ive heard of who is upset KD is going. Despite being a great player – he was absolutely shit level horrible for morale. He made the team feel 100% worse, almost on par to Ayton being a mopey ass bitch when things went bad. Last year KD wasn’t injured as much, so we see if that continues in Houston. The HOU team is better and obviously better coached so maybe it works and they win if so good for all., I do think losing Dillon is going to be a bigger issue than the stats would suggest — but bye KD and you’re off the court immaturity enjoy X

22. Yes, we want you off the team because your ability to score the ball in aesthetically pleasing ways was never worth destroying the teams future. Watching you play ISO ball in the year 2025 when the opponent would just immediately score on you in transition afterwards was fucking painful.

    And if we’re gonna complain about bitter Suns fans being annoyed at watching their team lose by 20+ every night, we might as well be equally annoyed at the KD fans. How any time you bring up anything about this dude you’re reminded that it’s actually the owners fault and the coaches fault and his teammates fault that this failed. Sure that’s true in some regard, but the complete lack of accountability this dude gets away with is disgusting.
