Kaz Grala wheeled the Our Motorsports car across the finish line in 31st-place on Saturday at Dover.

And that was apparently the final time that car will turn a lap.

“Our Motorsports will complete its season on Saturday in Dover, Del., with Kaz Grala behind the wheel of the number 5 Ferguson Chevrolet,” the team said in a statement prior to the race. “Our Motorsports will cease operations in NASCAR racing moving forward. Thank you to NASCAR, Chevrolet, the fans, employees, and drivers, for a good ride over the last six years.”

According to Yahoo! Sports, Chris Our is the primary owner of Our Motorsports. The site said the team contended for a playoff spot last season, but with Kris Wright, who stepped aside earlier this week, behind the wheel the car averaged a finish of 27.4 across the season thus far.

Yahoo reported that Wright “was involved in nearly an incident per race and frequently drew the ire of his peers and industry observes.”

“I appreciated the opportunity to work with Our Motorsports and to compete in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this season,” Wright said. While I’m stepping away from the No. 5 car, I’m excited for what lies ahead and thankful for all I’ve learned during my time in the Xfinity Series.”

The No. 5 car was 36th in the money and out of the running for bonus pool money, according to Yahoo Sports!, heading into the race at Dover. It was also failed to qualify two weeks ago at Chicago.
