Three Positive Things to Look Forward to with the Miami Dolphins This Season

three positive things you’re looking forward to this season. Number one for me is our draft picks in rounds one and two, Kenneth Grant and Jonas Aana. I think those two guys obviously are going to start day one because we have nobody else really and I think there’s a chance they both could be really good. Number two, the Dolphins linebacker group. Jordan Brooks, Tyler Dodson, KJ Britt from Tampa who they signed who’s pretty good. Willie Gay with the Chiefs and the Saints who’s pretty good. That’s a very good linebacker group actually. And the last one, I want to see Chop Robinson become a borderline 10 sack a year guy. I think he can be another rookie that I’m really excited about with the exit of Armstead, Patrick Paul, I’m very interested to see how this year pans out for him. I’m not going to lie with Jaylen Wright and with Devon Chan who if he can stay healthy, you know, just seeing how our running back core and how we utilize it to pick up first downs and maybe have a few more of those this season. Really looking forward to that. I’d have to also say, you know, this is going to be the second year of the defense under defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver. And last year, he did have us doing pretty well defensively in the rankings. So, I’m really curious to see how he does because he’s somebody who I didn’t know if he was going to be with us this year. I thought maybe he was going into a head coach position somewhere else. He almost got one with the Saints. Yeah.

  7. There are definitely positive aspects and you guys pointed out some good ones. I think the thing is, this team went from win now to build for the future mode in a very fast fashion – which I actually admire. My point is fans don’t always get what they want and just look at the moves the team makes and set ur expectations accordingly

  9. Season comes down to OL’s performance. Young group with potential. How long does it take the unit to gel and play as a unit? Does the youth keep the OL healthy and intact in late December into playoffs. I see team having big season if the OL turns into top 15, top 10 I see SB possibilities. I’m assuming OL provides top protection the offense performs better than start of 23, D will be able to feast on QB’s having to keep up with points. Chop Chubb and Phillips can put a ton of pressure on QB’s if healthy. Love to see a 4th PR in rotation, constant pressure from fresh legs every down. I like that sound

Until these linebackers learn how to tackle properly and stop getting pumped fakes by Jackson and Allen they will keep racking up 4-500 yards on this defense. if you get your hands on them they must go down otherwise it's a busted play and that's where they create for themselves and it makes it very dangerous
