The wins come and the wins go. Tigers have great players who are in a slump. Sucks to see them struggle, but I believe they are a great ball team and can recover soon.
Old English D’s up for the Tigers 😏

There hasn’t been one “we’re back” moment in the last two weeks. Even our W against the rangers was shaky and required a near flawless game from Skubal
Man you eternal optimists just don’t see reality do you? We’ve won 1 game since June, and that was only thanks to a flawless skubal start. This team is laying over and dying, like all detroit teams have done for the past decade and a half. There are no more “We’re back” moments, accept that. We gonna slowly sink our way to 3rd in the division and miss the playoffs… Watch.
I just sit back and laugh at the people saying the team isn’t good and this/that player suck now
We’re literally tied for first place in wins in all of baseball in late July as I write this comment, please tell me again how this team is terrible.
Have no regrets from not going in game threads anymore
I BELIEVE. The mighty Dodgers just had a shit streak as most teams do. I think we are, by far, the class of the AL central and fully expect to win the division going away.
Who did this and how can you be paid
I think this is an average to maybe slightly above average team that has been carried by a hot start. They’ve been playing sub .500 ball for at least 2 months now. You’d need to add like 4-5 rentals at the deadline to have a chance at competing in the playoffs. Probably not worth gutting the prospect pool for that.
I’m mildly concerned..down to a nine game lead over Guardians. I will expect the 🍕Brain Trust to pull the trigger by the deadline & shuffle out the Parkers & Sweeny’s of the world & bring in Toledo help..a third rotation bat missing veteran starter AND a high OPS low KO veteran third baseman. Then let’s see what August brings us.
In every “we’re so back” there is always some “it’s over” and in every “it’s so over” there is always some “we’re back.”
The bats need to wake tf up
Bruh, you can check my comment history, but I literally said it’s normal for teams to go on 6-7-8 game losing streaks and that it’s ok and that it’s part of baseball months ago. People are weirdos on reddit. We are still one of the best teams on baseball. It’s completely normal for all teams to go on these horrible stretches.
Streaks like this are normal, but at the same time it’s also OK to admit April and May were simply outliers. We’re not THAT good. But we’re also not THIS bad. If that makes sense.
