Phoenix Suns TRADE Grayson Allen To The Detroit Pistons? | NBA Trade Rumors
So, could the Phoenix Suns be trading away Grayson Allen to the Detroit Pistons this 2025 NBA offseason? Well, here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net. The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself, but this trade would see the Phoenix Suns receiving Marcus Saucer at a 2026 firstround draft pick and the Detroit Pistons receiving Grayson Allen. So, this trade’s pretty intriguing to me because Grayson Allen is a somewhat tradable asset, I would say, at this point. Uh, for the Phoenix Suns, he does have a little bit of money left and dude on his contract, I think he’s making about 15 to 20 mil if I’m not mistaken. So, not exactly the easiest contract to move, but for Detroit’s sake, where they have some where they have some draft capital uh that they be willing to trade as well as have some cap space, this could make the most sense to me in regards to the Suns uh getting back some draft capital and that the Pistons getting a really solid player. So, from the Suns perspective, I actually kind of like this deal because they’re getting rid of payroll, but they’re also adding draft capital to their cupboard, uh which is kind of dry right now. So, if you’re able to get a 2026 first round draft pick, even if it’s not going to be a lottery pick, likely somewhere in the 20s, uh, given how good this team’s going to be next year in Detroit, I would still take that. You know, you have to rebuild through the draft. You have to make up for the lack of draft capital the Phoenix Suns have, uh, due to prior moves. And this trade kind of accomplishes that. This they shed some cap space, they save money, and they get draft capital. So, really good idea there from the Phoenix Suns. Now, from the Pistons perspective, it’s not a terrible trade. As I mentioned before, they have draft capital to their at their disposal. They also have cap space as sort of a weapon. So, they can take on money. They can take on contracts and not really be that crippled because of it. So, I think Grayson Allen brings some solid um spacing, some solid attitude to the table. He of course is the type of player that a lot of teams would love to have and they hate to play against. Uh and I think that he kind of fits the Pistons and their culture pretty well. Uh he’s a bit of a throwback player. Uh, but I think him going to Detroit, uh, being a role player to play alongside Kate Cunningham and the rest of this, uh, uh, Detroit roster, this could be a really good fit, not only for the short term, uh, but for the long term as well. So, sort of a win-win trade in my opinion, uh, despite the fact that Grayson Allen is, of course, the best player. I’m going to go with the Suns is the winner of this deal. As I mentioned before, they shed cap space, they save some money, and they get draft capital. Three boxes checked with this one trade. But, as always, leave your thoughts.

Pistons getting robbed badly
Allen is being overvalued in this trade . I don’t think Pistons can trade their 2026 pick due to the fact they traded their 2025 pick.
