[WGN] Wrigley Field to be officially named 2027 ASG host

Wonder what happens if the labor stoppage happens and there is no AsG? Would we get it in 2028?

Where can I get tickets?
My first thought was Wrigley was changing their name.

I think 2033 will be at the Sox park for the 100th anniversary. So we’ll get to see 2 ASG in a matter of 6 years.
Kind of a mouthful. I definitely prefer Wrigley Field
Shit’s gonna be SOOOOOO expensive. I just went in Atlanta and even having Braves season tickets, it was pretty ridiculous for a ticket strip to ASG week. Can only imagine the premium for this being at Wrigley.

Told my wife I’m starting today saving for the Home Run Derby tickets
i wonder what the logistics will be like for the HR derby, out on waveland and sheffield? will it be roped off and will people have to pay to stand there? I can’t imagine access would be free because capitalism, but does anybody even have any insight yet on what a HR derby at wrigley would look like ?
i am not trying to pay 45k for a ticket inside the building, i just want to stand near it while it happens lol.

I snuck into last one 1990 after rain delay. Drinking at Cubbie Bear then walked through the VIP tent to sit in the box seats
