Ravens’ Most Decorated Players Are Setting the Standard | Baltimore Ravens Final Drive

The third practice of training camp just wrapped up at the Under Armour Performance Center, and the squad got in a great day of work on a blistering hot day. Yesterday, we talked about the Breakfast Club, eight of the Ravens franchise leaders coming in at 6:00 a.m. to work out and set an example. Marlon Humphrey extended an immediate invite to fellow corner Jier Alexander as he’s practicing with his new team for the first time this week. It’s something that head coach John Harbaugh has noticed in the weight room, the classroom, and on the practice field. The veterans who have already proven themselves in this league still daily setting an example for younger players. That our most decorated players are setting the highest standard for the team right now. When your best players and your most decorated players are your hardest workers, that’s a really good thing. And you see that with our team and everybody else. That’s that’s how you lead. The breakfast club also includes wide receivers Rashad Baitman and Zay Flowers taking on more vocal roles as season vets. And coaches were really pleased with a great week from Rocoan Smith, another vocal veteran leader who has talked about taking fellow inside linebacker Trenton Simpson under his wing and spending time with him this off season. The list of decorated veterans leading by example is a lengthy one at the castle, but one that ensures this team is building for an exciting fall. Thanks for watching. Have a great weekend.
