Dude…… 15%…… You’re getting close……. I don’t like that, it makes me nervous….. When I get nervous I get jumpy…. When I get jumpy I click on random rage bait…… If you don’t want me to click on the rage bait….
8 points 9 seconds used to be one of the great Pacers blogs, and then it was sold, and now it’s just click bait slop.
I’m not a blanket AI hater like many seem to be, but I really wish Google would give an option to exclude AI generated news content from results. It’s not hard to detect it. I don’t think a human being has ever written a headline like “248 million dollar NBA player headed to Dallas from veteran big man, in this 3 team trade proposal”.
Just usual clickbait garbage
Yeah I see this crap all the time too.
I feel like we don’t need to platform every crazy rumor that gets put out there. Unless an official reporter or someone from the front office speaks on it, it’s nothing.
“Bennedict Mathurin, unexpectedly, puts his left sock on his right foot. Now, he doesn’t know which spoon he is going to eat with next.”
That’s probably a more relevant Pacers story than whatever the link says. I’m not interested in 8p9s and haven’t been in years. Used to be really good reads but it has gone the way of SI and b/r.

It’s 8 points 9 seconds MO
I love the name of the site, but they run on speculative garbage non stop
Offseason bullshit jamboree. Here’s one I liked more: [Bucks’ biggest free agency move is already spiraling into gigantic regret](https://behindthebuckpass.com/milwaukee-bucks-biggest-free-agency-move-already-spiraling-regret-myles-turner)
Welcome to modern “journalism”
It’s called click bait. Don’t take the bait.
