Hope everyone’s doing well. We got the Washington Nationals headed into Houston to play the Astros. This is game one of the series. Both these teams do have a game on Sunday. You know, the Nationals are finishing up their series against the Twins. The Astros are finishing up their series against the Athletics. Um, a series against Athletics where the Astros have struggled mightily. Um, I mean, we saw the Astros lose game one five-2. They lost game two 15 to three. That was that game that rookie hit what, four homer homers. For some reason, his name is just I I can’t think of his name right now. But game three, um, I gotta look it up his name, bro. It’s pissing me off. I gotta I gotta give the man respect. I gotta give the man respect. Nick Herz. Nick Curtz. There we go. There we go. Four homers, man. Six for six. Probably one of the best hitting performances of all time. So, I got I had to look up his name. And then they lost game three five to one. So, we’ll see what the Astros do game four. But not pretty, man. Not pretty. Shout out to Athletics, though. Shout out to Athletics. Uh for this one though, it looks like we got Brad Lord on the mount for the Nationals and Fomber Valdez on the Astro on the mount for the Astros. You know, yes, the Astros have looked terrible um this weekend, this past weekend while you’re watching this, but when Frober Valdez is on the mound, typically good things happen for the the Astros, especially as of late. I mean, this dude has been absolutely on fire. We actually saw him come out come out the gates pretty slow this season. He really didn’t look that great. But as of late, I mean, the dude’s 5-0 in his last five starts. Um and he has a 141 erra in his last five starts as well. The dude’s been on fire. On the other hand, Brad Lord, you know, I like I I’ve been pretty vocal about this. I like Brad Lord when he was more in a reliever role as a starter. He’s been all right. He’s been decent, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Astros get after him in this one. I I wouldn’t be surprised at all. And I do want to back the Astros somehow in this game. It’s just how are we going to do it? Obviously, we don’t just want to take them on the money line. You know, those odds are a little bit too juiced up for that. But what I what I want to do is I want to stick with what works. And and what works is from Valdez pitching damn well. I want to I want to cut this thing in half. I want to target the first five and I think we take the Astros and lay a half a run. I’m I’m I’m feeling Astros first five minus half a run. They just got to give Frober some uh some run support. You know, the the Astros bats haven’t looked good in this series against the Athletics, but I think against Brad Lord, I think they’re able to attack in some runs. I think Frober Valdez does what he does. So that’s going to be my play, guys. I’m going to go Astros first five. minus half a run. I appreciate you guys watching this, man. Drop a like.
