Get someone in here that can teach the young guys something and realize a little bit of the talent, and were fucking champions
Honestly, this isn’t bad, especially if the trade value wasn’t there. Hopefully we can get a good bat or two in fee agency (and a better hitting coach).
Solid deal to only pay him $5m more than what he was due to get on the player option. Still don’t love extending him, but at least they didn’t get ripped off
Love it, he’s more then earned another 2 year deal and if he still produces we can pick him up further, helps our future.
Glad he’s still with us but I’m surprised other teams didn’t want starting pitching
