Is Rasmussen expected to play a bit longer than he has been lately with Taj gone?
We are 3 games out of a Wildcard and yet most of us probably feel like the season is cooked because of how miserable this last month has been. I wonder if they switched records in June/July and were super hot going into the deadline would the Rays be more inclined to go for it?
The Yankees have been on a terrible slide also, and they had way more expectations this season than us.
I don’t really care what happens for the rest of the season, but if we could spoil the Yankees, that would give me some happiness.
4 games in the Bronx, then Dodgers at home followed with 12 games on the west coast…
