BAD NEWS for Baltimore Ravens!

Bright green, can you chill out? Do you not realize that man got a family just like you? Slow down, my brother. But nah nah, keep it up, my friend. Anyway, today for the Baltimore Ravens at training camp, first day of padded practice, by the way, they got a lot of just rough news that trickled in. First off, Ja Alexander, he missed practice today. Hall said that he had some swelling in his knee that he was getting drained, but he should be back tomorrow. So, nothing too crazy on that front. Rashad Baitman, he also wasn’t practicing today. He was actually scheduled to speak to the media, but he got sent home early because they said Rashad Baitman was feeling a little sick and they ain’t wanting him to infect anybody else. So, they said, “Bait, you got to go, my friend.” So, we’ll continue to wait for him to come back. Hopefully he’ll get better real real soon so he can get back out there on that practice field with the pads on and start making all the plays that he has been making with Lamar Jackson and the rest of them which is a beautiful thing. So shout out to B get well soon our friend. Um also Jaylen Arma Davis uh Jaylen Arma Davis he went down in team drills and he never returned. Um Harb said that he had to get an MRI and said it shouldn’t be too serious. Now um with that one that’s probably the most concerning one out of everything for me. um because of just everything that Jaylen Arma Davis has been through to this point of his career. Now, Haw again, he did say that it’s not too serious, but at the same time, when you think about it, if it’s not too serious, that could mean a couple of days. If it’s not too serious, it could mean a couple of weeks. I mean, we just got to wait to find out exactly what it is. But for Jaylen Arma Davis, he’s battled injuries a lot throughout these first couple years in his career. And that’s reduced his role. That’s reduced his time on the field for the Baltimore Ravens. So that reduces his opportunity. They talked about early this offseason that they were tinkering with him at the safety position. Now we know Kyle Hamilton, Malachi Stalks, those are safeties. Who’s going to be that third safety? We don’t know yet. It could be Cheeto. It could be Bo Braid. It could be Susi Kane. It could be Jaylen Arma Davis. But if he’s not out there on the field, then he won’t have that opportunity to make it his own. So that’s why this is the most serious injury of today for me. Uh but hopefully it ends up not being anything uh too crazy. Uh now also uh Bal Kone the rookie corner they said that he landed on his shoulder. Hall said he landed on his shoulder but that he should be back soon. So that’s good. That’s with all the injury fronts, all the sicknesses. But what about on the field? What was happening there? Well, Tyler Loop who has been crushing it this training camp today wasn’t his best day. They said Tyler Loop, he missed his first three field goals, so he got off to a real bad start today. Uh, but he ended up going five for eight on the day. And John Her, he was looking from a four. He said, “Oh, okay, cool. Let me just make this a perfect day for me and I’m going chill.” He went four for four. Um, also, Jeff Rebeccen erased big plays from the offense. And that’s something right there because we know penalties were a large part of the Baltimore Ravens offense la as great as they were. That’s the craziest part about it. As great as the Baltimore Ravens offense was last season, penalties were still huge all throughout the entire year. Whether it was pre- snap penalties, whether it was penalties that happened during the play, it just happened too much. Way too much. So, um, obviously it’s training camp. This is where you work on all that stuff. This is where you fine-tune all that stuff. So once you get to the regular season, then you can really crack down on it then. But Ravens got to fix that. They got to fix that. And this is not us making this a bigger issue than it is cuz it was a big issue in the regular season last year. So Ravens get on them pen well actually get off them penalties so we can be playing some much cleaner games. Now things weren’t all bad for the Baltimore Ravens today in their first padded practice of training camp because they got Jake Hmel back in the building. Now, initially when he missed last week, they said he had a cut on his hand, and I was thinking, “Oh my goodness, are they really trying to put the stash move on Jake Hmel already? We just at the beginning of training camp, but obviously they weren’t.” So, he’s back on the field today. So, that was nice for the Baltimore Ravens. Uh, also, the Ravens had their first little fighter training camp. Now, this is normal. This happens. You out there in the heat, you battling for your job, you battling for your position. So, emotions are very, very high. And obviously with football being a very physical sport, stuff like this, it happens. So it ain’t really a big deal. It’s just part of the game. But the first scuffle, it happened between Adafa and rookie Carson Vincent. Jess Riick said that Vincent’s helmet ended up getting knocked off in the scuffle. So, hey, Carson, man, you messing with that Nigerian nightmare who is looking to get paid this upcoming off season, whether it ends up being from the Baltimore Ravens or it ends up being somewhere else. Like, look, you can’t mess with nobody who got money on the line, my friend. Be careful. The giveaway for this chain is officially over. A few days ago in questions from team keep it clean, somebody asked about Nick Wright and I told them like he is a professional Ravens fan rage baiter. What he does he says certain things about the Baltimore Ravens to try to get a rise out of Ravens flock and it works about every single time. And also said that I think he’s probably about 83% of the time but I got to change that to probably 93% of the time. You can tell that when he talks about the Baltimore Ravens, he does not believe what he’s saying. He’s just really trying to get a rise out of Ravens fans. And he was recently on with Mina Kimes and they were doing their power rankings for the NFL teams and he was asked about the Baltimore Ravens or the Buffalo Bills. Who is the better team? Let’s listen to what he had to say. We’re going to put those two teams headtohead. Ravens Bills. Who is the better team? The Bills. The Bills. I don’t know this anti-Raven stance that you’re not anti called him out on it. It’s pro history. Like I don’t How many time How many years in a row does a team need to play its worst game of the year and have its best player play his worst game of the year in the biggest spot before we we care about it. It wasn’t his worst game. He was He was not bad. Mina, hold on. Hold on. Okay, let’s talk about the Bills. Let’s talk about the Bills. Yeah. One of the craziest parts about Nick Wright being a professional rage baiter for the Baltimore Ravens fans is that he will sit there and he’ll tell you something that you know he doesn’t believe, but he’ll tell it to you with a straight face. That’s what makes it scary and that’s what really gets people riled up. But it works. So, hey, he continues to do his thing and Mina Kim, she called him out for it, but he still continued with it. even talked about how Lamar Jackson how the the Bills are a better team than the Ravens because Lamar Jackson chooses to have his worst games in the playoffs. He said, “Look at history now with that look at even last year. That game against the Bills, it was rough. It certainly has some rough moments as well. Had multiple rough moments. But would that be Lamar Jackson’s worst game last year?” Now look, he ain’t got too many bad games to choose from last year. Whether you look at the actual numbers from the games or you watch the actual film from the games or you do a combination of both games that I could argue were worse than that. I would say maybe that first Steelers game. Uh maybe even the the Raiders game. It was due to a couple of different things. But Lamar Jackson like last year he ain’t really have too many bad games like that. So there’s an argument about the Bills game. I think with the circumstances that it was in then that could make it look oh yeah that was his worst game. But cuz it was a playoff game and it was win or to go home. But I don’t think it was his worst game of the season. But anyway, this is what Nick Wright does and this is how he gets people and this is how he gets a lot of y’all very worked up. Oh, I hate Nick right. I can’t stand him. In all actuality, it ain’t that serious. He just trolling. My favorite part of these videos is when we get to hear from y’all. He said, “Who is our RB2 Justice Hill?” That’s it. It’s Justice Hill straight up. But anyway, he said, “What’s up, Ingred?” What’s up, Mikey? Uh, our guy Todd Monkin, the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens, has his work cut out for him this season. There’s some positions on the offensive side that have to get sorted out ahead of the regular season and a whole lot of miles to feed as well. With a healthy Keith Mitchell returning for a full season, some have questioned who really should be at the RB2 spot and be the backup to Derek Henry. Ooh, I looked at his second paragraph before I answered because I was about to say Justice Hill has proven he been there. But he said Justice Hill has proven he can pass, block, pass, catch, and he brings guaranteed electricity on nearly every play when his number is called. However, just two seasons ago, Keem Mitchell provided just as much spark in the limited playing time that he had. Some have said Katon Mitchell has a higher ceiling while Justin provides more reliability. That’s an interesting one right there. He said, “I think it would be cool to rotate the RB2s every game to keep opponents guessing and on their feet.” I like that. I like that to an extent. Um, obviously Derrick Henry’s going to be the guy. He’s going to be the guy. Um, but RB2, yeah, I I I you know what, that wouldn’t be too bad rotating them every game. Do you mean like like Justice Heel is a primary RB2 for an entire game and then Keith Mitchell is a primary RB2 for an entire game or do you mean all right this drive obviously Derrick Henry’s RB1 then RB2 this drive is going to be Justice Hill and then the next drive it could still be Justice Hill but then the following drive after that it could be Keith Mitchell then after that it could be Keith Mitchell then you could go back and forth between Justice Hill. Is that what you mean? like rotate on a full game by-game basis or rotate for different series. Anyway, he said with Derrick Henry trying to land a role in that in that Adam Sandler film, I know he’s expecting plenty of touches each game so he can crack 2K. Look, Derek, he could have got that last year. He should have already been in Happy Gilmore, too. He should already been there because he should have got 2,000 easy last year. But Ravens, they were playing around early on in the season and even later in the season sometime, too. They just they were struggling early on to figure out how to use Derrick Henry and there were a lot of times where they still could have used him even more in an even better way, but this year I expect them to be even smoother with it. Anyway, continuing. He said Lamar will still have some design run plays as well. So, I know there won’t be enough meaningful minutes for three running backs and Lamar each game. Um, but while sprinkling in Keaton Mitchell, I I think Keat Mitchell is going to be somebody that I think they could be not necessarily rotation, but he’ll have some opportunities uh to make some plays on offense, but I think for Keaton Mitchell, um, that he’ll special teams that could be big for him, especially like at kick return. Um, but as far as on offense, um, this is why Todd Monkin, I I love what he said about it, too, where he talked about um, just having too many weapons. He said we he said this a long time months ago said I’d much rather have too many weapons than not enough. So he said it’s a good problem to have and now like you said a healthy Keith Mitchell like we ain’t had a healthy Keith Mitchell in a couple of years. Now we finally got him healthy in the offseason. It’s so big for the Baltimore Ravens man. So big for them and so big for their offense is is just huge. All the possibilities that Keith Mitchell can help bring to this already dynamic offense, already crazy offense, already versatile offense. Keaton Mitchell makes them that much better. But as far as RB2, I do still think Justice Hill since he’s been RB2 and he’s been holding it down for the past couple of years. I think he’ll remain that. But Keon Mitchell is still going to get plenty of chances, too. I’m just hyped. Next question came from my guy Greg. He said, “No questioning, Graven. I’m just hyped for the 2025 season. We have everything we need and more.” I agree. I think we all agree, Ravens. Now, if y’all want to get even more, go do your thing. Now with the whole Christian Wilkins thing cuz a little bit more information came out on it today. I don’t know you going to be with the Baltimore Ravens anymore after that. But anyway, continuing. He said, “I love all the moves that we made from the resigns to picking up DeAndre Hopkins and Gia Alexander. I have no doubt in my mind that we will win the Super Bowl this season.” And I live in Philly, so you know I be hearing it from these Eagles fans shaking my head, lol. Oh yeah, you I know you do. Especially being a Ravens fan, too. especially after that game last year where Philly came into Baltimore and bow they punch the Ravens right in the mouth several times punch him right in the mouth but anyway then they won the Super Bowl. So uh he said uh but they going to have to hit my mouth all year as we dominate the NFL this season and step into the playoffs as the top dog and march all the way to the Super Bowl. I try to make at least four games a season to support my boys. My first game I’m going to this year is the Lions game Monday night. Sheesh. Fireworks. Oh, you real for that. At least four g Oh, you stunting on us right there. That boy said at at least four games. At least. And he ain’t even say he ain’t even say he a ticket holder. That boy said at least at least four games. That’s a lot. That’s great, too. I’m glad. I’m happy for you, man. I know that’s a lot of fun. He said, “I can’t wait. We should be two and0 by then. I’m ready for the season. I’m ready for the playoffs. I’m ready for our Super Bowl followed by that parade. We getting that Super Bowl out of Lamar this year. Believe that.” I love that. He said, “Bs, I love this channel. You’re great. Even got my fiance watching. She’s a Steelers fan. Oh, [Music] [Laughter] hey, you before y’all get married, she got to come on over, man. She got to come on over to being a Ravens fan. Tell her just drop drop the Steelers stuff. She realizes, she understands it ain’t worth it. Steelers, they they cool, but they ain’t they ain’t doing nothing of they ain’t making nothing happen. So, go ahead and get rid of your Steelers stuff. Go ahead and change that. Change the yellow to gold to purple cuz they already gold and black. Yellow and black. Just change it to purple and black. you you’ll be all right. And it’s okay because we’ll give you a pass because your future husband is a Ravens fan. So, it’s okay if your family or friends ask, “Hey, we he thought you were rocking with the Steelers.” Say, “No, you’re rocking with your husband and the Baltimore Ravens and y’all are going to have a winning marriage and you’re also going to be rooting for a winning team and they won’t be able to say nothing after that.” But anyway, uh he also said, uh, but she’s pregnant with her first child, which is my third, and I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure my newborn is a part of Raven’s Block.
