  1. Didn’t misel just say no one else is implicated? Who tf is hector Gomez?

  2. The first sentence isn’t even coherent. What is “MLB’s sports-betting”?

  3. MLB specifically said no one else was involved. Don’t listen to this guy.

  4. I’m going to imagine this is just false.

We have numerous sources saying MLB has said Ortiz and Clase were it.

  5. The official statement said no other players are being investigated. Either that was a lie, or this dude is just saying shit for attention

  6. One thing to note: Ortiz does not speak fluent English and Clase is the only other Dominican/Spanish speaking pitcher. We can kind of assume these two players’ cases are somehow connected. I suppose it’s possible Clase, who speaks English, could have roped in one of the American pitchers, but it seems unlikely to me.

  7. FFS

If true will the bullpen in Columbus and the other teams be called up

  8. I sure hope this isn’t true. The MLB says otherwise so hopefully this is just a BS tweet.

  9. if the smallest market team has someone fixing game, SURELY the yankees are fixing games too, right?

  10. As fucked as it would be, the best case scenario for us would be this uncovering tons of other cases across the league, potentially forcing MLB to divorce sports gambling as a whole and possibly being widespread enough to make it possible for guys to come back.

  11. The sports gambling sites will be removing the ball/strike bets. It’s too easy for pitchers to get caught up in that and feel that it’s not too impactful to their team.

  12. As someone who bet that the guardians would win the central division at the beginning of the season, I hope there is a class action lawsuit against all of these pitchers,
