Number 9 being Boldy for those who can’t get through the paywall. His estimated market value is $12.3 mil AAV vs his $7 AAV contract.
Joel Eriksson-Ek must have been number 11.
This is why I don’t love the idea that the front office uses Boldy’s contract as a measuring stick in the Rossi negotiations. Their comparison point is one of the ten most team friendly deals in the league, which was signed during the flat cap period.
