If someone could post a clip of Arraez bat flipping last night it would be appreciated. Most ridiculous one I’ve seen at a game so far.
This feels like another pivotal opportunity in the season. Every time we’ve gone on a 3-ish game win streak, we’ve immediately followed with a losing streak. Eventually that BS needs to stop if this team wants to be a serious contender.

Is Manny technically the NL batting leader?
Overall, a really good game last night, but some small things I noticed.
1. Bogaerts secondary lead was too conservative on the Jake bunt.
2. Jake bunted as if the pitcher was right handed. Maybe Alonso crashed super hard but seemed like a bad choice.
3. Padres have to show some variety in 31 situations. It can’t just be an automatic free base every time. We’ve seen teams counter against the padres with the cutoff play.
On a more positive note, Morejon is the best reliever in baseball and the summer of Xan continues! Great win against a top end team.
I just checked Bergerts transaction history and it says he’s still in AAA. Is he really starting today?
These late games are tough on my work/sleep schedule, especially when they are as long and awesome as last nights game, it ends late and i cant sleep because i gotta come down from the win high.
