MSL in interview last year: “I always found a way to find the answers. The answers are always everywhere. But are you looking & are you listening? Are you listening just to hear or are you listening to learn? I have confidence in my approach & in my work ethic. I know that (better days) are coming.”

  2. Marty has two sides to him: Nice Marty and Evil Marty.

This is evil Marty type shit

  3. I used to watch Marty play when I was a child. At the time he played in the ahl and he was legendary in my hometown. Then he made it to the show. He only kept getting better. Consistently every year he improved, until such a time people considered him one of the best players in the league.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the mcdavids and Matthews, Crosbys and Ovis, etc

But something feels amazing as a fan to be like, “I saw that”. I witnessed him improve every single season and he took that hard path. He didn’t just get instant access like demidov gets. I’ve never seen anyone work harder.

He’s the exact man we want as the coach, but I don’t need to convince anyone here of that
