It’s Actually Crazy When You Put It Like This

  1. Man, what’s the deal with the NFL scheduling us against the AFC West so often? Lop-sided much?

  2. The West unlike Tom Brady’s AFC East for their entire run is actually competing and going all out trying to me make life hard on us with Sean Payton & Bo Nux in Denver, Jim Harbaugh & Herbert in LA, and now Pete Carroll in Vegas, 2 Super Bowl winning HC’s and other a National Champion who went to SB turning around SF in 1st year back in 2013

  3. All in under a decade as well! It is truly impressive that Mahomes has still just had single digit losses in each division of both conferences. In the AFC East, of those 6 losses, the majority losses were to the Bills as well.

  4. The team that has beaten him the most is the Buffalo Bills, although—as you all know—never in the playoffs. He is also winless against the Colts in the regular season with a record of 0-2. However he did beat them once in the playoffs. My favorite stat is that of all those losses, only 4 came from the playoffs: 2 of which were Super Bowls.

  5. It’s funny when people talk about “what if Mahomes played in a tough division like the AFC North” as if he hasn’t absolutely dominated that division from the very beginning, both statistically and in the W/L column, playoffs or not

  6. An even crazier stat… Patrick Mahomes is 0-2 in games I attend. One in Seattle and one in KC. I would say I’m avoiding live games from here on out but that would be a lie.

  7. Wow. This must be why when the Chiefs lose, the world reacts like they’ve never seen the Chiefs lose before.

  8. My favorite bit is that for most of these teams the game they beat Patrick Mahomes is their greatest moment in the last 7 years.
