Chicago Cubs vs Milwaukee Brewers – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | July 29, 2025 MLB Season
one is a member of the Pod or the Pirates. First pitch fouled away and off we go. Last time out, a win against Seattle, seven innings. He was outstanding against Seattle. He’s going to work quick. He’s going to throw a lot of strikes as Bush hits one in the air left center. Collins is tracking and making the catch. Kyle Tucker the batter. An RBI single and a ground ball to second base. Terra’s got it. Two quick outs for Quinn Freester. Coming back from giving up three runs in the first inning. There’s a grounder to short. Ortiz on the second hop. It’s a three up three down inning on just six pitches for Quinn Freester on the ground to second base. Her has it. Throws out free out number one. See, I’m not buying that. Seven pitches. Toss to first and Cheerio is out. Cher to second base. Her throws out Yelich and the first inning is complete. A hit for Armstrong aboarded first. Her line drive. It is under the glove of Terang and into center. That’s a ball that Terra catches. Fly ball to center. Sends Cheurio back. Makes the catch. Cole Armstrong tags and goes to third. These Brewer fans are incredible. To third, Seagler is going to go to second base and get the out on her. Scoring is Crow Armstrong. That’s a big league play by Seagler. A couple of ticks down from what Miserowski runs out there. That bat is blown into smitherreens out towards Terra. He makes the play and the inning ends, but lined into right center field. It’ll get down. Vaughn to second base. Brewers are set up in the second inning. He does a good job putting the ball. Squares bunks it. Good one. Ray fields throws to first and the play made. Sacrifice is good from Terra. Fly ball right center. Carl Armstrong in the gap will make the catch. Both runners tag and we’re all square. Seagler gets the job done. How about the bottom of the order? Terra with the bunt. Tigler with the fly ball. One, two, strike three called. Couldn’t pull the trigger on the fast ball in the outer portion of the plate. Having a fine second season in Chicago. Pops this one up. Shallow center for Cheurio. One away in the third. And they were doing that even when the weather was poor down in Chicago. Broken back ground ball to second again. Terra gets around it. Throws out Tucker for out number two against everybody else, right? You hate to say that at this point. Knock on wood. All for Micah. Everything. And a wave and a miss. And Priest says good afternoon, good evening, and good night. That was the other day, but they they canceled it. Chopper to second. They get one. Not in time to get two. Pretty standard. Back up the middle. Base hit by Contras. Stayed on that fast ball. Hit it right back where it came from. Yeah, right down the middle. Going away. And he missed. They’re loaded for Vaughn. [Applause] Fly ball to center. Back. Crow. Armstrong on the warning track. Makes the catch. Tagging and scoring is Cheurio. Vaughn gives the Brewers the lead. Just missed it, didn’t he? Popped up on the infield in foul territory. It’s Maguire. And the inning comes to a close. The Brewers get the sack fly. They’ve got the lead. Ground ball. Priest knocks it down. Can’t find it. Picks it up. No play. Ground ball to second. That could be two. Bobbled. Throw to first. Man, Terra has had two of those tonight. Got him. Threw a cutter. Maybe even quick pitch Swanson. Not even close. Ortiz in the second inning. Tapped in front of home plate. It’s a fair ball. Contras tags out Maguire and the inning’s over. Craig Council’s coming out to argue. The play is not challengeable. Chopper towards the middle. Her backhand play near the back and the scoop by Bush to get the island on Terra. Horner goes again. Ground ball off of Colin Ray over to Swanson. Pro first is in time. It’ll go 163 on the put out. Swing and a foul tip. Held on to by Magguire. Ray gets out of it. We go to the fifth inning. A 2-1 ball game. Liner into right center. Freelick puts his head down. Be the first extra base hit of the ball game for Chicago as Shaw digs in with a leadoff double. Ground ball to third. Seagler goes to second one to first making 11 double plays. Priest gets the twin kill and gets out of the inning as Colin Ray back to work. Churio to center. Pro Armstrong back. It’s over his head and off the wall. Curio’s off to the races. He’s around second. Headed for third. He’s in there. Fly ball left center. This is hammered. It’s back and off the top of the wall. Contras into second base with an RBI double. Can the Brewers take advantage? Fawn ground ball up the middle. Base hit. Contras scores. Yell to third. How about the attack mode? First pitch for the Brewers in this inning. Yeah, they have. Durban out to right. That’ll be deep enough. Yell back to tag. Tucker makes the play. It’s another sacrifice fly for the Brewers. It’s five to one. Yeah, that’s the third one. Tease pops it up. It’ll be her shallow right making the catch. Frasier gets out of it. The Brewers I got punched and there’s a moment and there’s a decision to be made of, okay, are we going to roll over? No, we need to get back up. And the corner goes out to left and he hits a home run to make it five-2. Horner’s now three for three tonight. No action yet in the Bullpines it down the right field line into the corner. Extra base hit for Half Fre gets it in half with his second hit of the series. Got him. Two away. Shaw pops it up. Bryce Terang puts it away. Ashby strands a pair. Pster loves it. That’s a bullet caught. No. Dropped. And Perkins has to get up and hustle to second base. Here’s the throw from Pro Armstrong. That’s offline. Wow. That’s ball four and they’re loaded. I’d never seen a standing ovation. Well, I mean, when you think about the impact that those two guys have had on Here’s now Vaughn and a drive left center and deep. Born. Who wrote this script? Unbelievable. I mean, and a call third strike on the outside corner. Presley strikes out Collins. Swinging a miss. Press strikes out Terra. But Andrew Vaughn, that’s a liner down the left field line. Extra base hit for Sea Suzuki. Tucker is going to be held at third. Pro Armstrong into the gap in right center. Felic is on the move. Felic is there. Makes the catch. Tagging and scoring is Tucker. It’s a sacrifice fly, but it could have been a lot worse. Yeah. Corner to right sends Freelick back again to make the catch and the inning ends. It does not. 3-2 lined into center for Crow Armstrong. Two away. Perkins flies it into right center. Tucker’s going to take charge and make the play. Shaw on the ground at third. Durban charges and throws out Shaw. One away. Continues to grow. Birdie on the ground is short. Ortiz close them out. The Brewers have taken the first two games 93 tonight against the Cubs. Andrew Vaughn, the grand slam.

KING VAUGHN
LETS GO BREWERS EZZ WIN CUBS SUCK
Another quality sermon from the Priester
If you’re going to take our pitchers maybe take the good ones next time 😂
We gotta talk about how amazing Andrew Vaughn has been since his acquisition to the Crew. He has been a savior after Hoskins got injured. Ever since he's been in Milwaukee, his bat has been exploding with huge hits, including a couple big walk offs.
Counsel needs Counseling after that Grand Slam 😅
Cubs lose the series. Now, 2 games behind
How many broken bats in this game?
Andrew Vaughn has been nothing short of perfect. In 15 games with Milwaukee he has equalled his home run production with Chicago with 5, except he played over 40 games with the White Sox. He passed his RBI mark with 21 while a Brewer as well. He had 19 with the Sox. AND he's upped his overall Batting Average by over 35 points. Stats are one thing, but since he's arrived the Brewers are WINNING! AND WINNING! AND WINNING! Nuff Said!
This has been one of the most amazing seasons, the most fun to watch, and the feeling that this team giving the fans is special!
Can I suggest that all Brewer fans take a moment and thank Aaron Civale ….
Uecker is smiling big time. 😊😊
Crack of the bat on that grand slam and Counsel picking up the phone 😂 You should have never left The Brewers for The Cubs my guy. I don't even think The Cubs want him.
Pat Murphy is one hell of a great manager 👏. Nobody speaks his name. . Great leadership brings great success. Brewers are booming 💥
Cubs suck! Abysmal pitching.
Wow, Vaughn with the nail in the coffin. Love my CREW, sure feels good beating up on the Cubs.
# ❤BREW CREW
A series sweep would be awesome tomorrow! But honestly I’m just glad we got the series win against the chubs
