last nine plate appearances hitting lead off for the third straight game and the first fast ball from Pearson is 91 and strike one too often and came right back with it and what’s so hard about pitching in the big leagues three pitches dugout tonight the two and Bregman strikes out. Oh, let’s go on a breaking ball and Durant to right center field. That is a base hit. That’s going to scoot and that’s going to find the wall. Durant can fly two on his way to three and now stops as Bader struggled picking up that ball. He struck him out swinging a righty righty change up and Pearson with family on hand of the home stand. A lot of guys left on base. Change up pulls Castro again there. sir to the gap in left center field but over is Durant. He covers so much ground and he fires it back in. Clemens to center. Raphaela going back. Still going angling and runs it down. Abrau to center and deep sending Bader back. Bader to the wall. Jumps up. He got it. Harrison Bader caught that ball. Harrison Bader robbing a home run of Willie Abrau. Incredible defense. Change up after change up off. And this one should be playable. It will be. And Clemens calls off France. It’s a fast ball and a lengthy at bat. Did a good job getting that barrel down to get get those pitches. Change it up. Curveball to left center and Bader to his right. And Bader makes the play. Good. They played in national tournaments and the team also included Max Freed. Well, Ty told me earlier today there was a never never question. Strikes out chased slider well off the plate to right into the corner of Rayu. Chasing, drifting, drifting and runs it down. Has attempted 60 solid bases in his big league career. He’s been successful in 52 of them. Brance will sprint and beat Hamilton by a step or two for out number one. He has the ability to throw that pitch in pretty much any count. This is trouble. Left center, hit well towards the bullpen and that’s off the fence and Sidon Raphaela rounding second on his way to third base and he’ll slide in safely. So, Sadon Raphael and lines a base hit to right center. Almost in the same spot where the ball landed off Joan Durant in the ninth inning last night. Anthony does it again tonight. This is pulled to left. Three- 0 green light for Bregman. That’ll find the wall. Castro bobbles it. Anthony around third heading home. And Lee will throw. Not in time. Check swing looked like he went and he did. That call made by Alfonso Marquez behind the plate. No appeal necessary. Oh, story to left. Trouble. Castro back to the track to the wall. It’s Bader and that is gone. He was Harrison Bader in center. Makes the catch. Inning over, but damage done. The Red Sox bat eight and put up four. Trevor Lardic walked his first time up and pops up the first pitch. And I thought, okay, let’s let’s run with that a little bit. Brooks Lee, his first at bat, staggering a bit as Torell finds his footing and finds his teammate quickly two down. That is on the game today. And Castro strikes out looking and just like the Muppets, we’re going to break the one, two to Raphaela to right center. It’s Bader turning that body, angling that belt buckle to the base that he will throw two as he does here. And Brooks Lee, I’m sorry, that’s Cody Clemens making the play and he throws out Anthony. And the inning is over. Joe L. And a check swing roller to first and Toro to Gilito pitch and Gito that off season at the reset button with everything mentally physically then came back and became one of the game’s better pitchers in 2019. Mickey that round doesn’t exist in the draft anymore back in 2008. High and deep to right center field and a no doubter off the ribbon board of the second deck. tape measure homer for Jiren Durant is 10th and the Red Sox now lead 5 nothing nearly 450 ft on that swing from Durant that ball was touched by France to talk and takes it to the base inning over but the Red Sox add one and Lick strikes out could not avoid chasing the change This is P to left center field. That’ll fall. Fader will score. Missed in center by Raphaela and Watkins will hold. Watkins will hold Vasquez as Lee makes second. So reeling in a two out run scoring knock for Brooks Lee. Harrison Bader scores and the Twins are down four. This is cued left side. It’s Bregman. scoop the range and low throw but stretching on the back end is Toro and that’s out number three. Controls the up and down with some of these guys and takes care of them a little bit. That’s a fair ball and that skips over the sidewall for an automatic double and and be lights out against that side of the ball. I think he he will find himself with a spot on this team. Bader the catch. Narvay will tag and score. Another throw comes into short and Raphaela drives in his 40s from a unique arm angle crossbody. Popped up right side. Ty France over. He will have a play in the coach’s box to end the inning. Red side. Another popup. We’ve seen this quite a bit tonight. And entering twilight time. Hamilton has it. And they’re two down and strikes out Bader. with a slow curve ball. So, Gito done after six, smiling off the mound with a five-run lead. Third time it doesn’t pick him off. It’s a B. Durant takes off and that’s a pitch that did not go Thunderberg’s way. One hop right side and Cody Clemens throws out a Breu as Durant advances down to third. The Twins are high chopper to short and Brooks Lee. Throws out Narvay and the Red Sox lead one. We stretch. Twins coming up down five. Not being as confident or not as comfortable. Uh-oh. Well hit to left center field and deep. This one is back towards the bullpen and gone. Brooks Lee. There’s a good two- swing and the Twins are down three. It’s 6-3 Boston here in the seventh. 415 ft now. Castro to left center. That will be caught on a diving catch made by Sidon Raphaela. Oh, they’re so good out there, especially Raphaela. And slider from Wilson strikes out. Royce inning over a little bit, but that curveball has been a lights out pitch for him. And Sans will get there to cover and Sans lobs it over in time. And he the Twins can make some noise. Louisie Barlland’s going to come into this game, but Bader pops it up. Trevor Story taking charge. And the right side. France a bobble. He’ll pick it up. Close play at first and safe. And I wonder if Varon was the ladder. Durant slugs to left sending Castro back. Willie with room right near the wall to the gap in right center field and Walner won’t get it. And that bounces off the wall. Bregman to third base. And he is going to try and score. The relay throw will not be made. 73 Boston. Story a three RBI night. Line to right and that’s a base hit in to score. Story on his way to second. 1. Will Patrick Sandoval be able to return to the major leagues this year? Will he be able to participate in next year's WBC? Will he be able to recover from his injury by next March and participate in the WBC?

  2. I saw an article that said Red Sox player Marcelo Mayer will take some time to return, but is it correct that he is currently on the 10-day disabled list? Or is it that his injury has worsened and it will take some time before he can return?

  3. RU kidding me Twins? Good luck against a pretty good lineup when you cover the first 7 innings with something called Pierson Ohl, retread Michael Tonkin, and Kody Funderburk. If the phrase iron sharpens iron is accurate, so is the opposite, garbage sharpens garbage. Embarrassing.
