1: Aaron rodgers is a better QB than fields/wilson. Last season we saw QB play that was uninspired to say the least, and it resulted in the entire offense feeling completely stagnant towards the toughest part of our schedule last season. Now that we have rodgers leading the way, we know that we have a QB that's capable of seeing the entire field and utilizing every single weapon at his disposal. I feel much more confident in rodgers then i did going into last season with fields/russ who're both awful QB's.
2: Ramsey is a better player right now than minkah was for us the last 2 seasons. I've said on this thread numerous times that i believe the scheme hurt minkah alot here in that they asked him to play 20 yards back which limited his playmaking ability. I stand by that, but i also am going to shift blame towards minkah by saying that he made wayyyy too many boneheaded blunders last season that resulted in breakdowns in coverage and miscommunication in the secondary. Add to that he consistently was getting beat in coverage 1 on 1 with TE's and WR's and enough was enough.
Ramsay is a better player than minkah and is a guy who's a monster 1 on 1 in press man where he'll use his size and length to lock guys down and frustate them. He's also a guy who should be used as a chess piece and has more flexibility than minkah did in terms of playing CB, slot CB, and safety and doing them all at a reasonably high level. He's a dawg that's not afraid of getting physical and who can be a guy who locks down a tee higgins, chase, etc in the division. For a win now sorta team, ramsay is the better bet than minkah.
3: Troy fautanu if healthy is a huge upgrade at tackle and it allowed us to move on from dan moore jr who was completely trash during his time here. Dan moore jr was ass last season which is no surprise cause he's been ass his entire steelers career and the only positive thing that can be said about him was that he was durable. He was trash everywhere else and i got absolutely sick of watching his cement feet get run around nonstop, as well as watch him kill the running game cause he couldn't shift into 1st gear let alone second gear when we ran to his side.
Troy is a much better athlete than dan was and he's a guy who looked so freaking good before the freak injury. He was moving guys in the running game, he was holding up in the passing game, and he looked and played like a 10 year pro who was just lockdown at RT for us. Troy staying healthy will be the biggest boost to the O-line this season and if broderick can just manage to be average 'just be average plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz' than we have the makings of a really solid o-line that could help rodgers substantially and drive this offense all season long.

I also wanna add that kaleb johnson is going to be much better for us than najee harris was. I got absolutely tired of seeing najee get the football and look like he had cement shoes on which caused running plays to stagnate because he lacked both the vision to hit the right hole, as well as the speed and athleticism to run the plays that were being called. Kaleb and warren should be a much better backfield for us, and kaleb himself is a guy who has the athleticism and vision necessary to be a trojan horse in the backfield for us.
Sheesh you wrote all of that pointless drivel about a sports team that doesn’t know you exist? Fandom is a mental illness
I can’t wait for this season but this is the same team that picked a quarterback that did this.

I understand being eager but there’s also things that are concerning too. I still think we will have the usual results.
