  8. I have really been pulling for Volpe, but he has just not delivered. Really frustrating. Needs some time in the minors to regain confidence.

    How many of us had made this play in our backyards? This wasn’t the slick glove and rocket arm that McMahon showed us over the weekend, nor was it Jeter’s super jump throw. This is basically a shovel pass to someone maybe ten feet from you. Volpe was way off target.

  45. Watching the Yankees has turned into instant anger. This simply isn’t healthy to consume

  46. WHY were they so much harder on Gleyber? Volpe isn’t even half the hitter that Gleyber is, and is a worse fielder.

  48. The way the yankees FO handles Volpe is a classic example of just how bad “Toxic positivity” can really be.

    The FO is bending over backwards to defend him and tell him he’s elite, when everyone with two eyes and working brains can see that something is seriously wrong with Volpe.
