Hope everyone is doing well. We got game three of the series between the Washington Nationals and the Houston Astros going down on this Wednesday afternoon. We saw game one. The Nationals pulled off a a pretty nice upset. Um they won that game two to one. They were plus 216 dogs in that game. Uh the reason why they were such big dogs is because the Astros had their ace Robert Frober Valdez on the mound. You know, I made a video on that game when I gave out Astros first five minus half a run. That play did smack. That play smacked. But the Astros lost that game. And now that makes it what? Five straight losses for the Astros. Yes, the Astros have lost five straight games. And the most concerning thing about this Astros team right now is they can’t hit the ball. The I the offense has has went ice cold. They can’t hit a beach ball right now. Um in their last five starts, they have a combined Let’s see. They have a combined eight total runs in their last five starts. That’s just not going to get the job done. That’s not going to get the job done. And for this one, they have Mr. Ryan Gusto on the mount. It looks like that is the projected starter. And if you guys don’t remember what happened in Ryan Gusto’s last start, he gave up eight earned runs to the Athletics. Ryan Gustau’s last start was the game that Nick Curtz hit four home runs in. The Athletics scored 15 total runs in that game. Do I like Ryan Gusta to have a little bit of a better game? I do. I don’t think he’s going to give up eight or runs, but is he a guy that I want to back right now? He’s not. He’s not. So, I’m really struggling to take the Astros right now. Um, on the other hand, the Nationals do have Mackenzie Gore on the mound, who’s coming off one of his worst starts of the season, giving up eight earn against the Padres’s. Or actually, I think he had a start after that. Let me let me dig into that a little more. Okay. Yeah, he did. He He bounced back nicely in his last start, only giving giving up one earn against the Twins. So, good bounceback start there for Mackenzie Gore. But, I’m giving the starting pitching advantage to the Nationals in this one. You know, Mackenzie Gore has been the Nationals most reliable starting opt uh option in this rotation. And the thing about the Nationals, I like the Nationals. The only problem with them is their bullpen, but the way that the Astros are seeing the ball right now, I I really don’t think it’s going to be a problem, man. I’m on the Nationals. And until the Astros show me something different, this is not a team I want to back. This is definitely not a team I want to bet on and lay juice on uh with as well. So, I’m going to be on the nats, man. I’m going to be on the Nats. I think they’re able to get the job done once again here. And the fact that we could get a little bit of plus money as well.
