  1. It’s good he wasn’t home but it must suck knowing you almost got robbed while on the road. Hopefully he got someone to help with the busted glass while he ain’t home. I don’t know if he lives in a gated community but I always wondered if there are actual statistics that show whether it’s safer or not.

  2. He’s lucky it was “just” an attempted burglary and not a mugging. Someone needs to tell him wearing 100K watches and bags in public in the US is not safe and makes you a target. Hope he bulks up on security.

  3. Oh no! First Ketel Marte and now Yoshi? They’re targeting baseball players while they’re on the road. Now they’re going to have to hire security guards

  5. This is sad. Players are just going to need 24/7 security at their homes and especially when they are on the road

  6. *Hollywood Hills * ~ Sorry if I missed this below – didn’t see it – but any idea where he lives? Been a ton of similar incidents in Encino lately.

  7. As a dodger fan, homeowner, and father, this angers me; glad nothing more came of it.

  8. I would happily work for any of these guys to hang out in their house while they are on road trips, just set me up in a guest house or something. I will be your Kato Kike’
