Chris Paddock made his first start since being acquired by the Detroit Tigers and tossed 6 innings allowing just one earned run on three hits. Kerry Carpenter had a big day at the plate with 3 RBI including a two-run home run while Jake Rogers also smashed a two-run home run to lead the Detroit Tigers offense. Detroit Tigers have won four games in a row and will head to Philadelphia to take on the Philadelphia Phillies over the weekend.

  1. They needed this series to get back on a roll. Yeah, the diamondbacks pitching isn’t great, but you’ll take anything you can get to get your confidence back up

  2. Was saying it during the slump. The lineup is different when carpenter is in there. Offers a lot more protection and opportunity for greene and tork.
