a construction project costing more than estimated?
shocked. this is my shocked face.
Not surprising considering the building, not designed at all for it, has been open to the frickin’ elements for almost a year.
I would imagine the uncertainty of the tariffs day to day are not helping
Well that is what happens when you know a roof is almost past its prime (25 yrs) and they did nothing and then when you change the insurance thinking that everything will work out. No one to blame but St. Pete city council for this farce and how fitting that is will cost more to repair.
Gasp! No way! I’m sure the mold removal alone will cost millions… that place should be condemned after all this time.
