Your .500 St. Louis Cardinals!
Welllllp at least we got a good deal for hels
Can I get a “Booooooo!”
Pack it up boys, season is over
Back to ole .500.
Feels like the lowest point of the season though.
#This is a no doom and gloom zone. I am confident that we will not lose tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Make more trades Mo
Beaten by the Fish….
We keep finding new lows.
Boo them
0-5 when Mikolas allows exactly 2 runs
The *Marlins*?
You lost a series to the fucking *Marlins*?
Edit: 8-16 for July if I’m counting that right.
I was seeing the logic in letting Marmol finish out the year, but 8-16, including series losses to the Pirates, Rockies, Diamondbacks, and Marlins, and the Diamondbacks series was a sweep and they literally scored zero runs in Pittsburgh…yeah, you might need to fire the lame-duck manager now.
Surely there’s more talent on this team than the Pirates, Rockies, and Marlins.
Oprah this roster to the league!
You get a Matz!
You get a Maton!
You get a Jojo!
You get a Noot!
You get a Nolan!
You get a Nolan!
You get a Sonny!
Losing series to the Rockies and the Marlins within a week. Great stuff
11th shutout of the season in 110 games. Officially 10% of our games we’ve failed to score a run.
Trade Maton, Matz, and Romero
Yaaaa every one of these hitters should be up for sale.
Selling is not fun, even if it is the right thing to do.
Not a single run dang.
Are they becoming the Pittsburgh Pirates? Having a losing streak, come on out to St.Louis for a taste of victory..
I mean, it seriously sucks to be a Cardinal fan right now. I’m glad they traded Helsley finally, but three straight years of mediocre to awful baseball with a depleted farm system.
Hope Bloom is better than all of this. It’s going to take years to fix what has happened here, both from a team aspect and a fan aspect.
Hopefully this was Nados last game in a cards jersey
So do we finish the season under .500
Will the Cardinals ever score another run?
I moved back to St. Louis for this?
Time to turn Donnie into three prospects
Trade most everybody – I personally think the only untouchables should be: Winn, Herrera, Walker, Wetherholt, McGreevey, Liberatore, and Gray. And those 3 pitchers only because we have NO ONE ELSE.
Another ugly loss, seeing Helsley ride off into sunset, then reading Keith Law [rip our returns](https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6526358/2025/07/30/mets-bullpen-additions-tyler-rogers-ryan-helsley-trades/) in the trade. I am le sad, Cardinals bros.
Welp, that’s shutout loss number 6 this month. You have to be a really special kind of bad to accomplish that.
I actually feel bad for Helsley. The Mets is a rough spot for him to land and I predict he will struggle. He doesn’t seem to do as well when he’s not used in the 9th.
But I’m probably wrong because as this sub likes to tell me, I don’t know ball
Don’t need a closer when you can’t win games. Mo playing 4D Chess over here
SSDD
Trade Mikolas!
19 straight scoreless innings at home against the marlins….
Astros traded for Ramon Urias, Arenado staying put
Neither Maton nor Matz are flying to San Diego with the team. They are gone gone.
